You definitely did something wrong, that is the reason why Fiverr support team will review the case in details. Please do not share your personal information with a buyer like email or phone number. However, it is very important to keep the marketplace safe by following their TOS 🙂

False earning report: In my Fiverr app even in the dashboard of the web version there is a quick earning check tab for monthly. "Earned in February" or "Earned in March" This tab always showing wrong report! I don't earn an amount, but it's still showing that I earned $200 or $500 or $50 a random amount! Even when I complete an order, that earning does not show, It's really irritating me till 5–6 months. However, everything works fine in the analytics page. So, my question is, is anyone having the same problem with their profile? Or this is me who is only facing this issue?

I just tried to provide quality services & tried to make my profile & gigs perfect as much was possible. That's it! If you're worth it, you'll get the badge soon, but you have to wait for it.

This is basically Fiverr's buyer request updated version which will work more effectively for you. It's another way to get more orders from the buyers. Please check this topic to understand the matter in details.

Make sure you're going to the right process with Resolution Center. In first step, please choose the perfect reason & in the 2nd step, you'll see extra time options. However, if you're still getting any issue, talk with support team 🙂

I don't think it will affect your profile ranking & other stuff. But yes, if you delete a gig which was important for your profile with a lot of review, it might be a big problem for your business 🙂

Brother, freelancing is all about patient & it's matter more than skill in some cases. It is very common to not get 2nd order earlier. Some people wait couple of months even. However, you should bid on buyer request regularly as well as you should improve your gigs & profile as much effectively possible. This process will help you to get more orders 🙂

I've checked your profile in 2022 & saw that you're still a level two seller. Your overall rating is 4.9 star now, which is not good, even your gigs thumbnails are not following Fiverr's new thumbnail rules. I think you have to improve your profile, gigs, services & make it more perfect, maybe this is the reason why you didn't get the TRS badge yet.

Maximum upload size for gig PDF is up to 50 MB - You don’t need to handle any other size like PDF height & width. Just make sure that PDF quality is good and it’s less than 50 Megabyte.
