  1. Wow, crazy. Opened it and immediately got redirected to homepage. Thanks for the try Edit: I found it! I dug into my browser history and tried to find a similar link, because I have Fiverr Pro instead of Seller Plus (I'm not a seller). It looked like https://www.fiverr.com/cp/2023-buyers?userType=BuyerHQ&username=(your name) ✔️ Problem solved. Thank you everyone for your time.
  2. Hm that's strange. I opened it through their website before, so there's nothing when I searched all around my mailbox sadly.
  3. Hi everyone, Recently in December most of us were able to see a summary page of our Fiverr experience for 2023. There were some interesting facts, like when the busiest month was, how many talents you supported and from the number of different countries even. So, I came across the idea to post about this and continue to support Fiverr on socials i.e. LinkedIn. But the problem is: where can I look back at this summary? If anyone knows, feel free to comment down below. Here's what it looked like:
  4. Yes, update time. Whenever he talks it sounds like he got a busy time ahead. He just mentioned that and also that he'll be on a trip next week. I could've mentioned that his English isn't the native language, even though the grammar is perfect. From what I see every time is that he takes "us" and "we" as when we'll work together. Last but not least, the hacking confirmation. I once addressed his two names at the beginning of a message because their name changed. That could be the reason he said "can you tell me (username)", but that was just vague and old. Moral of the story: spend time on Fiverr when you have space available. 🤔 or something.
  5. Yes, strange indeed Tahmid Meem. I'm going to write him and see what happens.
  6. Hello Fiverr Community, A couple of months ago I had a good experience when working with a seller that did Digital Art for me. Recently I contacted him again to see if he's available and it took a few days for his reply. - Note: for safety and privacy reasons I won't mention the seller's name - So basically, his recent response has left me not knowing how to respond. He says being sorry for taking so long to answer as his computer broke down last week and just repaired it now. Then he says "tell me what you would like us to do". Keyword us. I'm sure he's not working for any company related to art or working as a group. After that he says "can you tell me (username)". Odd format and especially mentioning his own username. My final question is thus: could this seller be hacked? Feel free to tell me how I should handle in this situation, thanks.
  7. Fiverr Support has just told that it is taken care of by the right department. We can close the discussion by now and thanks again to all of you! Have a pleasant day ☺️
  8. Hey again folks, thanks a lot for the responses! The issue should be resolved now. @donnovan86 good one, mentioning that the Seller Plus option exists.
  9. Thanks uk1000! The thing is that the seller asked me for this method
  10. Hello Fiverr folks, I recently went through one of my most expensive orders on Fiverr It was to complete an IT-related job. It was finished 2 days ago on a Wednesday. My seller asked in the end if he could cancel the order, so he could receive the money earlier outside of Fiverr. In fact he mentioned the 20% cut because of Fiverr. He then would like me to send the money through another way, but since I was already satisfied with the delivery I decided to complete the order. Now I'm wondering if he can still decline the review, so he can have his preferred way of receiving money which I don't prefer. We also discussed to still complete the Fiverr order and that he would send the same amount back later. But then I would lose the 20% cut which is worth a $50 (that's actual money to me). I'm confused about what should I do in this situation, so any help is appreciated!
