  1. So, basically, if you use 2 factor Authentication, this should protect your data, right?
  2. Disagree. You need at least 25 hours. But seriously, this topic has been discussed more than once. Being online won't get you any results.
  3. Well, 4.3 isn't a bad review - it's still ok. Maybe they like the result but didn't like the process, or communication, or something
  4. If anyone is curious, I contacted customer support after all. I decided to contact them after two more orders were marked as completed, and I delivered them on time, but the rate went down another 1%. I don't know if tech support helped or if it just happened by itself, but immediately after contacting tech support the rate went up
  5. Yes, that make sense - thanks a lot for the advice, @uk1000!
  6. Hello, everyone! Just a random question, and really wondering how it works. So I failed to deliver on time 3 orders. "Delivered on time" rate drops instantly as soon as the order is finished. And now I delivered on time I guess over 10 orders, but the rate is still on the same rate as when it dropped. It's absolutely not a problem for me, and I'm ok with that, and I definitely don't want to bother customer support with this question, but maybe someone knows how this works? Just curious - how many order I should deliver ON TIME to compensate one, that wasn't delivered on time
  7. Yes, I would definitely contact customer support - it looks like a scam. I'm sure he has no order history and no reviews, so he just used the service and wants to leave without paying
  8. I recently couldn't send the file until I texted the accompanying message to it. I mean, I was going to send the file without any message. But it's totally fine now.
  9. Fiverr is exactly the kind of platform that connects people from all over the world. I highly recommend reading the ToS first, but basically, if you want to work internationally, you've come to the right place
  10. Well, since this function will no longer be available in the near future, we have to learn to work without it, to adapt. It's not just Fiverr that's changing - the whole world is changing, we need to keep up with the times
  11. I think you already tried to text him and let him know about the lack of details. The best solution would be to request a cancellation
  12. Well, actually, @jonbaas is absolutely right. It wasn't Fiverr who dropped you from level 2 to level 1-it doesn't just happen for no reason. And about Briefs and Requests - most sellers never even use these options. Either learn how to work with them or don't use them at all. Instead, improve your portfolio and gain new skills, do research, and find out what your target audience needs now. Sounds boring, but this is the reality
  13. Honestly, none of the above. The brief option is new, I think they will improve it, but for now - it's a waste of time
  14. I believe Fiverr is about to replace buyer request option with brief option
  15. I canceled that order. I completely agree - we need mutual respect. I am a seller, but sometimes I order some services - in that case, it was a service that I don't familiar with, and I don't know how many days it really should have taken, but an order on Fiverr is a business, it's like a contract. And its terms have to be fulfilled. And because I am also a seller, I try to be as respectful as possible to other sellers. But we don't have to know every religious holiday. If I took a job, I never told- hey, it's Christmas, don't you know?
  16. I had a situation when I ordered a service. The deadline was very tight, and it was really important. He convinced me that he would meet the deadline. Two days later he delivered an empty order. To my question, he replied: actually, we have a religious holiday today, don't you know? Please respect my religion. I will do it, but after the holidays. That was funny 🤪 I mean, I always respect personal boundaries, but there was a deadline, and I didn't place an order before contacting him-he told me that he will do this on time for sure, and then and then he blamed me for not respecting personal boundaries.
  17. @chessart_studioIn this case, you should report them. They say they will report you, BUT- It is they who are violating the ToS, not you
  18. What was the text in the notification informing you that your Seller account wasn't verified?

Have you set up an out-of-office mode? Now just go back to normal mode.
  20. I don't really agree - anyone who joins Fiverr should read the ToS and accept it, and also learn how exactly the platform works before they start working on it.
  21. I even understand which country you mentioned. I have received such messages a couple of times - I reported them. That's not how Fiverr works.
  22. It depends on what requirements was mentioned on the order page - you need to describe in as much detail as possible what exactly you will do as part of this order. If you didn't specify that it was ONE zoom call, Fiverr probably also thought it was a series of lectures that you eventually turned down
  23. First of all - prove, that you are an expert - anyone online can say that they are experts. I mean, 16 y.o. child can say that they have 35-years experience. So I believe that portfolio is crucial - create good portfolio and add the link to your profile
  24. Nonsense. "staying active as long as possible" will only make you tired. And there are no buyer requests anymore.
