  1. Already faced the same issues here ( This marketplace ). And also reached this marketplace support center then they solved that for me and add my missing amount here ( This marketplace ). So, it's better to reach this marketplace customer support team member and then mention your order number and also share some screenshots, after reaching them they will solve your issues... Again said, only this marketplace can help you...

  2. - Before sharing my issues I wanna tell you something about my experience here. I'm working here since April 2019. 
    Everything is going well there. My gigs are up to date and checked this marketplace gig-related articles there and try my best to follow this. Also, try my best to provide here the best services and after-sales support too. Try to be active here for more hours every single day. 

    - But the last 3months nothing going well here. My all gigs are down. Lowest income and sales there. I knew that it's an open platform and this marketplace didn't take any responsibility for sales and earnings. 

    ### So, I need some help with those sections here. 
    1. What should I need to do? 
    2.  Already got a gig pricing update related notification here, I did that but I noticed that some of these marketplace sellers didn't update their gigs prices but they got sales ( I told this because this marketplace mentioned that if any sellers didn't update their gig price then they will face some issues here )
    3. Again said, maybe you checked my messages and now share your best opinion with me here.

  3. Already faced the same issues there. Already notified this marketplace support team members, but even today I can't send my buyers custom order requests too. Now everything works fine.

    Already made a video for this marketplace support team member, and now they are checking and maybe take sometimes for solving this. 

    Getting their ( support team member ) first response purpose, I always did this way, reach their FB verified page inbox section then share my ticket number with them, after reaching there one of their team members response back to me here asap. 

  4. Go to buyer request page > then you can see your sent request option there. Then you can remove this... 

    But After doing that If you visit your buyer request page again then it's the lowest chance to see that job again... Most of the time, after reloading that buyer request page you can see updated buyer requests there.

    Honestly? January was the best selling month I had (quantity and $$) ever. There'll always be ups and downs though - some fields are just overcrowded to start with so even a small bump on the road (bad private review, late delivery, etc.) could make things bad for a while - or so I guess. It's also still Holiday season in some places, which could also influence it.

  6. The last 2months can't seen much more sales here and didn't receive more buyers messages. Even faced the same issues this month too... What's going on here ( This marketplace )?

  7. You can make a plugin for this or you can hire a plugin developer for this. After doing that you can integrate this plugin with your client's website. 

    And please keep in mind, extra charges or requirements purpose you can take extra charges from him.
