Early Payout feature I don't have, nor the first time buyer promotion, but I do have Fiverr Gig promotion, And yes there are some dues, that's fine. My query is If you get an order amount of $10 and after finished successfully your earnings section will show $8 is pending for clearance, and after clear fiverr will deduct the charge of whatever due I have for. and the rest of the amount will show for withdraw. But in my case it showing wrong. Yes I have created a ticket for support and still waiting for their reply. Thank you

Hi everyone Hope we all are doing well. I'm having an issue for last three oreders. I completed them successfully. But according to fiverr fees the order amount should be deducted 20%. But I'm getting less. Last two orders there are $6 mismatch, and today another order completed successfully, and same as mismatching $12. The first 2 orders I contacted with support but didn't get my amount back. I have contacted support again and waiting for their reply. Is this type of issues anyone faced. Please share your thoughts, Suggestions would be highly appricated regarding this issue. Thanks in advance.
