Sir I have change the title of gig. Before changing the title it show a good progress.
But after changed the title it show very poor progress
it can be happened … Because when you will change the gig title then the gig url and title will be mismatch and your gig can be removed from the search page . Matching url with title is one kind of seo. If you want to fix that then use the old title again…

The notification I got says “Please take a moment to verify your identity within 14 days. After 14 days your account will be restricted from creating gigs, receiving new orders and withdrawing funds”. So my money would be gone, just because their verification website doesn’t work. That is an big issue.

Other sellers are verifying their accounts. And As I told wait for the support’s reply. If their website has any issue they will fix it…
And As I already mentioned you will not lose your money if your account got restricted .You can withdraw those money after clearance. And if your account got disabled then You can withdraw the revenue after 90 days of suspension . So in both options you are getting your money …

Hello everyone,
Fiverr asked me to verify my identity. That is no problem to me, but the verification site just won’t work. I need to upload my documents, but the site doesn’t do anything. I need to click on a button, but the button is basically dead. I tried for hours, refreshed the site a million times but it is still the same. I already contacted the support, but I didn’t get an answer yet. I got much money on pending clearance and I can’t afford to lose the money I worked for. But I just see no option to upload the documents if the site where I should do that is just dead.
Can anyone help?

After having had a very intense/busy last week, I expected today to be a lazy Sunday — one of seclusion and contemplation. But — oh, no! I got much money on pending clearance and I can’t afford to lose the money I worked for.
If you can not pass the verification process and fiverr restrict your account then you do not need to worry about your earned money. You can withdraw those revenue after the clearance.

Thank you so much, that’s exactly what I did, I contacted CS and sent the screenshot of my delivery and her 5 stars review, Fiverr send me an email saying the reason why the order was cancelled was because I missed my delivery due date of Apr 02, 2019, that’s not even true!!! I delivered on March 30th!! Anyway I attached all the screenshots in the Costumer Support Request
Hope you will get your money back … And keep us posted what’s happening …

It is called “chargeback”.Your buyer has performed chargeback after getting the delivery …And she has not closed her account or blocked you .Fiverr has disabled her account for performing chargeback .
Solution : There are only one solution " Contact Fiverr CS with the screenshots of the orders’s reviews and conversations"…You have to show the proof that you have perfectly completed the order …

I think that quote a few seller here aren’t aware of why Chargebacks happen and how they can dispute them. For starters, your buyer can’t initiate a chargeback if you’ve delivered everything that was decided the way it was decided. They already told you why they have disabled your account . You have created account with false identity.And it is clearly mentioned in TOS that you can not create fake account … And I know that fiverr will not suspend any seller’s account without investigation .They have suspended after investigation …

I think you haven’t explained the whole story … And if fiverr do not allow sellers from Iran then they would not allow you to create account .I think you could not pass the account verification process .And for that they had restricted your account …

You have to choose any moment of the video as a thumbnail .You can not use custom image for video thumbnail .
To change your thumbnail just go to your Gig edit page, pause your video and then click ‘set as preview’. That will set the second you selected as the video’s preview.

If you are telling that for preventing the chargeback then that will not be helpful . Because if you withdraw your funds and buyer perform chargeback then fiverr will cut the chargeback balance from your fiverr balance .And if your balance is zero then your balance will be { (-) the refund/chargeback}.
So I think it will not work as you think .But this will be helpful for the new ,level one and level 2 sellers because we will get our money fast than the current period . 😀-

That is not related with ratings .If any buyer want to contact with you outside of fiverr or share their contact information to contact outside then just report them …And it will not affect your any stats … 😀

Simple answer “NO”.You can not withdraw your fiverr revenue to you unverified payoneer account . If you connect your fiverr account to unverified payoneer account then you need to verify the payoneer account to get withdraw and if you want to remove the fiverr account from your unverified payoneer account you have to verified the payoneer account ,otherwise you can not remove that also … So do not try to withdraw through unverified payoneer account .
