  1. Same here! Not a coffee drinker. I prefer tea, Moroccan tea to be specific. Soda is for special occasions only. When I feel like I need to pump myself up, I enjoy Poms which is apple-flavored soda. I don't know if the rest of the world has that.
  2. Same here. I received the link, but when I clicked on it, it said "Meeting has not started".
  3. Same here. My rate went from 5 to 4.9. @vickiespencer If you can kindly screenshot the 5 metrics for me, I would very much appreciate it. I can only see 3 from my end.
  4. This happened to me today. A client left a review by mistake stating that I can improve in proactiveness, delivery time, etc because she thought she was marking the things she liked. I used the language @Kesha suggested to let them know. I worked hard on this order and overdelivered to make sure the client was satisfied. The system is confusing buyers and it needs to be reworked as you mentioned.
  5. That's why I'm confused about them saying and I quote" Previously, freelancers couldn't see the submitted feedback for this question. Now, with this change, we are able to provide you with more insights into customer perceptions and make them more transparent" which indicates that it has been part of the private feedback.
  6. From what I understood. The "value for money" question has always been there. It's just that right now, it will be visible to us. I don't know. Here is the quote: Why did you add the ‘value for money’ question to the public feedback form? Previously, freelancers couldn't see the submitted feedback for this question. Now, with this change, we are able to provide you with more insights into customer perceptions and make them more transparent. This also simplifies the feedback process, reducing the number of forms customers need to fill out and allowing for more feedback to be collected, while offering pricing insights. For example, consistently high ‘value for money’ scores may signal opportunities to raise Gig prices. It’s important to note, our analysis of historical data over the past 4 years shows consistent ‘value for money’ scores across pricing levels, ensuring dependable feedback as you navigate your freelancing journey.
  7. When a buyer requests a revision, it will show that the order is late, but it’s actually not! The order will only be marked late if you don’t submit the original delivery before the deadline. As long as you have submitted the original delivery on time, the revision won’t affect your stats.
