  1. It's pretty obvious by now that Fiverr doesn't care much about sellers especially those who got flagged. At least they should tell us what is going to happen after March 14. Will the flagged accounts still appear in the search? Can flagged accounts run promoted gigs? Will the flagged status ever be lifted or expire? The customer support silence and lack of clear communication is very unprofessional and indicate that all is not well at their end as well.
  2. There is no BLOCKED account. They just don't know themselves how their AI flagged thousands of accounts. The Fiverr staff here is just pretending they know stuff. They don't so no point arguing with them.
  3. Hi. A lot of sellers are facing this issue and it is not due to any customer issue. Most probably a bug in the newly updated level system or a false alarm. We are waiting for Fiverr to give an official explanation so I would recommend waiting with us. Below is a main thread discussing the issue
  4. Hi @Lyndsey_Fiverr, any update on the flagging issue or any word from the product team? Would appreciate any news you got. Thank you.
  5. Question is, can the gigs appear in search or not? I don't mind not participating in some gamified level system as long as my gig appears in search and I get impressions, clicks, and orders.
  6. Here is my wild guess: Fiverr released the new AI system which went Red Queen and flagged a bunch of accounts falsely. I am further assuming that those whose accounts are flagged might have at least one warning in the past (I had one warning in 2019) so the AI assumed that all those who had a past warning are "bad sellers" and should be flagged. The customer support is not helping and neither are the community managers like @Kesha have any clue what is going on because THEY DON'T KNOW EITHER. Its a black box and they need time to figure this mess out. Let's give them some time to fix this mess and for the time being, let's focus on our service delivery.
  7. It's the start of the new week and hopefully, we will get some clarity from Fiverr on the issue. At least we deserve to know what is going to happen after March 14. Should we keep working on Fiverr hoping it will still bring in business or is it time to move on to Upwork? This situation is bad but the worst thing is Fiverr not acting as a responsible company and dealing with it with the issue clarity. If you are going to mess with the careers of thousands of people, at least be clear about you what you are going to do.
  8. This is interesting. While most of us got this warning a few days ago, you got this 3 months ago. Can you tell us what effect it had on your account? Can you run paid promotions? Did it effect your gig ranking and orders?
  9. Most important question is - what is next? Will the flagged accounts show up in search or will they be removed altogether? Flag usually means 'we are monitoring you' but here is feels more like a ban.
  10. What kind of things constitute location inconsistencies? Did they say anything about correcting it?
  11. My account also showing this. Never violated any policies. Maybe some bug when they transferred to the new level system
  12. Did you get your gig impressions back? I have had the same situation going on since Nov 16. My drop graph is exactly like yours. Fiverr support says nothing wrong. Please update us. Thanks
