  1. Have you followed all of these tips?
  2. Learning to search through the forum is the best way to learn how to improve your gig, stats, orders, etc on Fiverr. Since the same questions are posted every single day and hundreds of people have spent hundreds of hours answering them.
  3. They have removed the buyer request feature.
  4. Fiverr continuously cycles gigs to be in different pages on the search results. Sometimes at the front, sometimes at the back. This is to give everyone an equal opportunity to do well on fiverr. When you're on the front you will have more impressions. Nearer to the back of the search results will mean less impressions. 5. You can jump straught to level 2 as long as all the conditions are filled
  6. When did you swap from gig image to gig video?
  7. The fact that this can happen is actually kind of scary... I would get in touch with fiverr support at that point I think, that's really just not fair. 😞

  9. Using a gig video instead of a photo can increase clicks by up to 40% or something like that - so that's something I would strongly consider.
  10. Not quite. With revision requests, you can just redeliver with a note that the revision feature is only to be used for changes needed, not to extend the review time - as per the terms of the site. I used this technique with a lot of success in the past, I don't think I ever had anyone re-request a revision after sending that message. With this, there is nothing you can do until the buyer stops extending or approves the delivery. I'm *hoping* that this extension is something they can only trigger once, though.
  11. I'm glad I'm not the only one who is left guessing haha! I guess it's a new feature, I would have preferred to have the option to approve or deny the extension like buyers get to do, but 🤷‍♀️
  12. I just got this notification that a buyer of mine has extended their review period by 2 days. Before this, the review period has always been hard capped at 3 days except for christmas where fiverr gives the buyers 7 days instead of 3 - or so I thought. I've never seen a notification like this before, has anyone else come across it? Is it a new feature? Or have I just managed to miss it ever since joining in 2018?
  13. They are still getting impressions, so they are appearing in the search results.
  14. Give it more time. Always wait at least 10 days before editing a second time. Just because YOU cannot find them in the search, does not mean others also cannot find it. The fiverr algorithm matches gigs with certain buyers. Fiverr isn't matching you with your own gigs, but other buyers might be getting matched. How many impressions have your gigs been getting?
  15. Sorry, I think you misunderstood. It can take UP TO 2 weeks to get back to your normal rank or better. It can be as short as 3-4 days though. Why? Because it is removed for a couple of days to make sure you haven't edited your gig to include offensive or illegal content, or content that breaches terms and conditions. And yes, of course it is risky to edit your gig, You cannot know for sure whether it will be a positive or negative impact from the changes you made. This means you should always plan and consider your edits carefully. It prevents sellers from just spam changing their gigs every day, and makes sure changes are higher quality. The idea is you should do your research, and only make good, necessary changes that you are sure will be better for your gig, and these should only be every once in a while. I only make edits to my gigs maybe once every 6 months or less.
  16. I personally do give free samples, but the sample should NEVER be a complete work or be usable for them for commercial purposes. For example, I provide voice overs. Out of the script they send, I only provide a 20 second sample, and I may omit the company or brand name. If it is not possible because the script is so small, then in this case I may add an audio watermark. As Vickieito said, it is completely up to you whether to provide samples or not. I prefer to because people will see an exact example of how I sound for their script and on that day, so there is less scope for them to hate it and leave me a bad review since they know exactly what they're getting haha.
  17. You can't do it every day. Instead, you could charge them for a week's worth of work but deliver daily. If your normal cost is $20 per order, instead of making a subscription daily for $20, just make a weekly subscription for $140.
  18. That's normal. Gigs are temporarily removed from search results when you change them so fiverr can verify everything is in order. They should go back to normal (or better/worse depending on the success of your changes) within 2 weeks
  19. What did fiverr say when you contacted them? The forum is just other buyers and sellers like you, we can't help you get your account back
  20. You can't, you have to have a level of fluency in English for certain gigs.
  21. I don't understand what you're asking. What is your question?
  22. What was the point of just copying and pasting my original post lol? You know that the "points" you get on the forum don't have any effect on your seller profile, right? The Fiverr Forum and your fiverr seller profile aren't linked.
  23. On Fiverr you are allowed to delete your account and start again, so it is possible it will be approved one day, but it will not be approved at the current standard you put out last time, and if you keep trying and keep getting rejected they may permanently suspend you from selling on Fiverr because the work is consistently shown to be of poor quality. Your best bet is to get more training, do free online courses, educate yourself, read books, practice, build a high quality portfolio that is 100% original and unique to you, get a bit of experience if possible so you can show you have worked on projects (even just one or two, even some free ones just to get references), then you will have a better chance of coming back with something much stronger next time which is more likely to be approved.
  24. Your gig wasn't high quality enough. Fiverr is becoming a competitive marketplace and they only want to hire people with experience, skill, and a level of professionalism. If profile contains stolen images, or low quality images, etc, then it won't be approved. If you don't have any experience or education or training or a strong portfolio then it won't be approved. This isn't really a site for amateurs anymore to come on and grow and learn, it is becoming more for people who are already a little bit established, especially in the more saturated niches like graphic design etc
  25. You cannot communicate outside of fiverr with the client, or you risk being banned. Keep your conversation to text chat for now to keep your account safe. Video calling is really not necessary to get the details of the job.
