  1. As long as your gig is receiving impressions, it is in the search results. Sellers cannot always find their own gig in the search bevause fiverr's algorithm matches gigs to buyers they think are well suited for it. It is not uncommon to not be able to find your gig. It isn't a problem, and spending time searching for your gig is not a productive use of time. Instead, try to learn from others who are doing well and focus on delivering the best service you can.

  2. Yes, editing your gig pulls it from the search results briefly while the team verifies it as far as I know, to make sure everything is appropriate etc. It's not for very long, but it can have a temporary effect on impressions & views, so I try to only edit mine occasionally, and make sure the changes are well researched and thought through.

  3. Instead of a free trial, maybe offer the trial for $5, or as @Venonusa mentioned, a prerecorded video demo to show what your class is like.

I would say if they aren't willing to pay even $5 for a trial, and aren't satisied with a prerecorded video preview, they probably aren't worth spending a lot of time and effort on, as they are probably just looking for free content rather than legitimately wanting to test your services.

  4. You don't need buyer requests to get orders. I had 0 orders from buyer requests.

Learning to search through the forum is the best way to learn how to improve your gig, stats, orders, etc on Fiverr.
Since the same questions are posted every single day and hundreds of people have spent hundreds of hours answering them.

  5. Fiverr continuously cycles gigs to be in different pages on the search results. Sometimes at the front, sometimes at the back. This is to give everyone an equal opportunity to do well on fiverr. When you're on the front you will have more impressions. Nearer to the back of the search results will mean less impressions.

  6. The other seller who is reselling YOUR content is the one at fault. You have done nothing wrong. What a buyer chooses to do with your work once you've completed it is out of your hands. Without seeing the videos, it's hard to say whether it is considered different enough, also, but I wouldn't worry about it. Any repurcussions should fall on the reseller, rather than yourself.

  7. The best thing to do is to focus on improving your gig itself, rather than your promotion set up:

  8. Try writing the answers in a separate browser or program like notepad or Word, then copying and pasting it in. Or try a different browser. You may need to contact support for an actual solution if you're experiencing a strange glitch!
