  1. Hey there, I want to talk about the Promoted Gigs. Fantastic feature! If you want to advertise your Gigs this is what you have to do, use the Promoted Gigs 🙂 Now, Promoted Gigs have an option called CPC cap. CPC is the cost per click and the cap is the maximum amount you want to pay per click. Practically it's like an auction, highest CPC "payable" wins the auction. Not exactly this way but just to give you an idea. The problem is the "suggested max CAP". Because many of you will ask "should I follow it?" It's a problem because the suggested CAP indeed is high. It will place your GIG in the top positions but it costs a lot. Now you have to test the system, probably for a month, and see how much you pay that month with the "suggested max CAP". If it's in your pockets, go ahead. Otherwise you have to calculate how much you can or want to pay for this service. Your experiences with the Promoted Gigs?
  2. I found also that a strong chamomile tea works perfectly.
  3. oh finally we are in September!! so how are things for you? 🙂
  4. At the moment I had weeks of wonderful sleeping. I found a way reducing caffeine. Now I get a coffee only one time in the morning. In the past I was getting many coffees during the day... 🙂
  5. thank you so much for your kindness. I appreciate all your replies. thanks 🙂

  7. thanks to all of you, I plan to make a new webinar in the future and I'll make an announcement here as well
  8. Hey, insomnia time... a couple of times in a month happens... you know, supporting the family, paying the bills and so on. And sometimes I can't sleep. So I passed my time where?... but on Fiverr of course! 🙂 I took the chance also to make a couple of system backups. And also I saw for the nth time the first movie of the Back to the Future saga. I saw it probably ten times or more and I love it. So, what do you do at night, when you can't sleep? 🙂
  9. if you can deal with all the job requests, it's a lot better not touching the limit option.
  10. Well, for my industry, it is. I mean video games industry. Usually new projects start in September and in January. I presume probably also film industry. I don't know in other industries but I think it's an obvious month to showcase a project.
  11. well, I think the best would be to focus on your best skills first, and develop new GIGs from time to time, while you develop skills and improve. But if you think it's the right time, go ahead 👍
  12. fantastic! I wish anyone to have 2 orders per day for the entire September month! 😀👍
  13. Ok, after this August (known for being always a slow month) there is the most important month of the year, which is September! Yes, because at the moment anyone is organizing to start new projects, usually appearing in September and in January. We are all choosing our partners, proposals, resources and ideas. And there are just 10 days to September! Are you ready to start this fantastic last quarter of 2021? 😀
  14. yes, I call it synergy. I want to add something more about this topic: the expectations. Ok, consider this, I create music, but my prices are very low compared to big names in the industry that earn 2 millions of dollars per feature film. This is normal, freelancers usually give very high quality products fast and easily, to customers in need with a lower budget. It's perfectly normal, it's part of our business. The problem is the expectations. I can't deliver a 2 million dollars product for 200 USD. It's just an example, but it's important to explain this to customers, and we can educate customers teaching to have expectations at a reasonable level.
  15. right, I've got RODE microphones and ALESIS pre-amps. I'm very happy with this setup 👍
  16. Yes, probably I'm a Top Buyer, not just a Seller. So why not telling you a couple of tips? exactly one important tip which I consider fundamental: - relationship Means when you deal with a seller, not just demand this or that. Try to create a relationship. I know it's difficult with chat and so far away, but it's important. The seller relaxes and can deliver a quality product. At the same time, you can be part of his creativity with your ideas. At the end the product will be also something yours, not just a bought product.
  17. I'm on Seller Plus since few days, I must say I'm impressed. Not just for the Success Manager, of course this is very important. But for the huge amount of features. Probably the most important is the advanced stats one. What are your ideas about this?
  18. I use Steinberg hardware, and of course Cubase and Wavelab are fantastic with it. What hardware do you use? Which software and why you coupled it?

  21. sure, second one not ready yet... I try to find the other one in the meantime
  22. Hello, I want to tell you about my experience as Community Leader. I worked on a webinar that has been published a month and half ago on Fiverr channels. It's been a great experience, I talked about how to improve the GIGs and used my GIGs as examples. Talked about SEO, keywords and descriptions. More than 70 real time viewers that considering it was my first experience, well... a success for sure! Now I'm working on my next webinar, where I'll talk about the relationship between sellers and customers and I'll show examples from real situations I faced. Of course the name of the customers is deleted for privacy reasons, but the chats I'll show are real. And I'll give lessons about how to solve problems arising while dealing with customers.
  23. The best "frame" is the most personal one. The more it's unique and related to what the customer asks, the best
