  1. 10/10 overall success score. I totally love the new system now. 😇 Surprisingly, my proofreading gig is only 9/10 - my communication is bad, apparently. I wonder if it's because I consistently refuse to count the words on their websites (some of them have 20+ pages) for them before I even know if they can afford me. Did you get it, @catwriter, @priyank_mod?
  2. I guess some of us aren't cool enough for the new system. I'll just wait patiently to have my day ruined.
  3. You're trying to contact yourself... Just close the box by clicking on the "X" in the upper right corner.
  4. There are many real buyers. However, since you seem to be offering writing services using ChatGPT, you might not get many interested buyers.
  5. I have heard of buyers who abused it to extend the review time by a month. It seems @creativecolumn had a similar experience. Limit it to once per order, please.
  6. And most of the fake sellers are from another country that I won't mention here.
  7. Definitely had those due to Fiverr work. Also, for many years, I would respond right away to any messages on Fiverr if I was awake, even if it was Friday night and I was out with my girlfriend, or if I was relaxing at home during the weekend. This was to keep my response time at 1 hour. I don't care about it anymore, but it shows how the gamification impacted me. I basically never allowed myself to take a breather. Another thing is that I often have nightmares about missing a Fiverr deadline or getting a negative review. And when I say often, I do mean often.
  8. I wonder if the people working at Fiverr would be happy to work under the same conditions we sellers are subjected to. Being constantly evaluated on our performance, response time, etc., while being allowed to make very few mistakes. Do their bosses think they are value for money, btw? I used to get really angry about decisions like this one, but now I basically feel apathy. Almost every new “feature” shows that Fiverr doesn’t care about us. And I just don’t really care about them either anymore. I think if they truly felt what it was like relying on Fiverr as part of your income and striving for perfect scores year after year, if they had felt that on their own bodies, they would make different decisions. That’s all.
  9. Exactly! I have said so many times that the way Fiverr is can be really bad for a seller's mental health. I have felt it myself, so I know. It's one of the things I suggested they focus on a couple of years ago when I was asked directly. Instead, it seems they just went and made it way worse. I wonder what the success scores are... Probably something that will be incredibly stressful as well.
  10. It hasn't been in the private feedback form for at least a year. I don't remember if it was in there before. It might have been.
  11. Well, memorable can both be good and bad, right? Good: I haven't had a really exciting project (please give me a fiction book to work on), but I have a current buyer who always leaves huge tips, so I always look forward to working with him. Bad: I had a buyer (a company) about four years ago who gave me many four-figure orders. However, they were absolutely horrible to work with. They expected me to read their minds. For example, I would usually be given a list of translations I would be required to work on for a particular month, along with the deadlines. However, they expected me to deliver these translations two days before the stated deadline without even informing me about it because that's totally logical, right? So, they got mad about me being "late" until I learned "my lesson." And that's only one of the many things that were wrong with those people. I kept working with them for about a year because they totally overpaid compared to my prices at the time. And they are probably the reason I became TRS, so I'm thankful for that. But we also had a really stupid arrangement where I would get paid at the end of each month. Of course, this led to me being cheated out of $400 when they suddenly disappeared from Fiverr. It's my own fault for agreeing to something like that, but I still wish only the worst for that company and the horrible people who work for it.
  12. I think this should be communicated more clearly to sellers. It’s not exactly logical that we have to attach everything again if we are only asked to edit one file when a buyer requests a revision. Many sellers will end up getting warnings for this.
  13. It doesn’t make any sense. I was under the impression that Fiverr generally wanted us to raise our prices. This goes completely against that. I always stand firm on my prices even when buyers claim they can’t afford them. Sometimes these buyers will end up agreeing to my price in the end. However, now I have to fear getting punished because some cheapskate who can’t read my gig description is dissatisfied that I didn’t give him a discount, so I will no longer agree to work with buyers who try to negotiate my prices in any way.
  14. It doesn’t look like it was done by mistake…
  15. Try writing this in your own words instead of relying on ChatGPT. Then people might be more willing to help you.
  16. People come here to talk to other human beings, not robots. I believe many find it rude when you speak to them through ChatGPT instead of using your own words. It makes it feel very impersonal. Just imagine if everybody in this thread gave you ChatGPT replies. It would be robots talking to each other. Would you be happy with that?
  17. 🤣🤦‍♂️. The AI did a lot of work. Just generate another character, right?
  18. Okay... That's a lot of dedication for something that hasn't made you much money yet. And staying online won't help you and is a waste of time. Most buyers don't look at who's online when they search for sellers. But if you want to do that, I'm not going to stop you. It's your life.
  19. You almost just got a review... Why are you worrying so much already? And a lot of buyers are not going to be spending time on Fiverr during Christmas. No, you're not. Stop lying. It's impossible to stay online 24 hours a day, and it won't help you anyway.
  20. I am sorry you got hacked, but your profile picture on the main platform seems to be of a woman from the UK named Maria Teresa, whose English is significantly better than yours. Maybe you should change that to a picture of yourself?
