  1. 1- France 2- Canada 3- USA I work mainly with French language (translation and content writing) so more than 70% comes from France and Canada.
  2. I thought an order cannot be canceled anymore once it has been marked as completed! If the client accepted it and it’s finished, then it should be definitely finished. Now, that situation means that you are never immune from cancellation for all the orders you have processed on Fiverr 😧 did I get it right?
  3. Hi, I only have one Fiverr account, and my husband is not on Fiverr. So it’s only one account (mine) but the Payoneer account linked to it has my husband’s name, not my name.
  4. Can I register and use my husband’s Payoneer account on my Fiverr account? Or it must be mine? It’s because my Payoneer doesn’t have the Global Payment Service where you can use wire, and the fees when using the card are high, same as Paypal, high fees. Apart from that, why are payments limited to Paypal and Payoneer? I don’t get that. They said there is wire transfer, but it’s wire on Payoneer, so it’s the same!
  5. Hi, I did some research but found nothing. On the packages of some writers, you can edit the number of words you want to order. How to activate that option ? I have researched, and did some tweaking but it won’t work on my packages. My buyers cannot edit the number of words they want.   6. Hi all, I need your advices and thoughts on this. A customer made an order without prior conversations with me. If there was a conversation prior to order, then there won’t be any order, because I would have said that I won’t make it. I hate when the clients order without getting in touch before. All the choice you have after that is to deal with it or to cancel. I didn’t cancel because Fiverr stated “cancellations affect your ranking and your performance score”. As a 1 month old seller, I wanted to accelerate things. Bad idea. The conversation was poor. I clearly stated that I speak French and English, but he still mixed a poor French, a poor English and added an other language I didn’t master. He keeps asking revisions with things that we didn’t agree on and were not on the brief. My messages stating this get ignored as he continues on his way to ask for revisions. (the worst is that being a French copywriter, I know the revisions he’s asking are worsening his work, but explaining would be a lost of time). I don’t wanna argue with customer support, or even with the customer itself. I made a mistake not cancelling since the beginning. I have other orders waiting for me. I lost enough time with that one and it affects my productivity. Now, I don’t care about the money I will lose, I just want to stop dealing with this order. Even if according to me, I delivered more than what was expected and much more than the real value. That was a lesson for me, a poor conversation never lead to great results. The worst thing is that I knew it. Minds sometimes act stupid. I see that I cannot cancel it myself, I have to “ask the buyer to cancel” Can he deny the cancelation? If so, what’s the next step?Can he still put a (bad) review even on a cancelled order?In any way, I think I will cancel. I just want to know what to expect for my account status, maybe a big drop of ranking 😔 Thank you guys

  8. Hello all, This is related to “Buyer Request” offers. Sometimes on the requests, the buyer’s price is very low. When I have the skills for the job, I still answer, but with a higher offer (2 or 3 times higher than the buyer’s offer). What can be the consequences of giving a higher offer? Should I continue or am I losing my time? I sell since 1 month only. I got jobs from “Buyer Request”, but only ones where my price was the same as the buyer’s price. I don’t have experience yet, with a buyer accepting / negotiating my higher price, when his initial offer is low. That’s why I am curious about this. Please share your experience
  9. And when a request disappear from the page, does it mean that the buyer has found a seller? Some requests are up only for 10 minutes.
  10. Hi all, Is there a way to get notifications when there is a new buyer request ? I want to answer requests as quickly as I can, I think it’s better. But, I cannot check the page every hour, that’s not very convenient. Thanks
