  1. Yay! Finally got to 95!!! I kept checking every day. All these micro- rewards are so fun to attain on Fiverr! But the best part … is that it’s there for anyone to achieve. Mmmm… it seems that your buyers love you but maybe there are other issues that are contributing to the non TRS status. Perhaps you should have someone on Fiverr evaluate your gigs and profile to see if there may be anything else you could focus on? Anthony Pica @atpcredoes a Fiverr profile overview and there are others too.
  2. Fiverr is a business. You are your business. Your reputation is everything people. This is not social media.
  3. You must be slow if you are concerned. In that case make a plan for the next holiday and don’t be caught off guard if you are slow. Or take time off yourself. We all have slow times but it’s more about planning for those times. Since Fiverr has global reach it shouldn’t make much difference during any holiday.
  4. The Manley VoxBox plugin for the Apollo Solo is great for female voices. A one sweep correction and you are good to go! If you want to know what my settings are just message me. Also: Izotope RX 8 now integrates with the new MAC M1!!! This correction powerhouse also has a "one sweep" for mouth noise and an overall fantastic noise corrector.
  5. OK so the HOLA! MUSIC mic stand rocks. You can adjust it with one hand and its very stable.
  6. I am hovering with a score of 94!!! I am not sure of exactly what the calculations are that move you up a point. I just do my best and hope for the rest. Since it’s a 90 day calculation my guess is that your score fluctuates. Since the review is every 7 days does that mean you have the badge for at least 7 days no matter what your percentages are? Just curious. I am definitely a score watcher! It keeps me on track. Great score but if we knew what thresholds we needed before a bump in the score that would be amazing! Maybe there are other factors behind the scenes that move the score?
  7. Great analogy! We all forget that the human factor is the most important part of being a Top Rated Seller.
  8. I am 1 point from the badge. You have to get a 95 out of 100 but I’m not how the score is tabulated. Most like it’s an internal score and only Fiverr has access to it. Just keep doing and maintaining an amazing job and the badge will eventually be there.
  9. Promoted gigs are similar to Fiverr's Choice, you are hand picked by Fiverr so even if you meet the metrics, there is still the human factor in place … which is a good thing. My promoted gigs have been really amazing. When I have access to my computer, I will share my stats.
  10. I can only speak from my seller experience but I know that being and maintaining a Top Rated Seller status is challenging. Although there are many fantastic sellers in all levels, this is the level of earned professionals within Fiverr. The Top Rated Sellers are hand picked by Fiverr only after reaching the last technical milestone and they must maintain their behavior to keep the TRS level. Not all sellers who reach the technical numbers will move forward to be a TRS. I say behavior because it’s not just about technical skills, it’s about treating the customers with respect and dignity. I will not accept a new buyer if they won’t engage with me during the beginning chats because it takes communication to successfully work on a freelance platform. I hope this is helpful.
  11. Hi Vickie! Mine is 37% with 53% earnings from repeat buyers. This analysis is amazing! What other freelance site share this type of detail???? That’s why Fiverr is the Top Dog!! I have seen a badge on certain profiles and of course I would love one too!
  12. I have been in the Seller Plus program from the beginning. I paying for the time and expertise of a coach, a support, a trainer. The rest is up to you. What coach or mentor do you know that’s only $20 a month? It’s down right laughable to think that more orders come to those with a coach. Yes, I am invited to share in networking and programs but when it comes to orders, reviews and your level… ITS ALL ON YOU! It’s so easy to be skeptical about something that is not available to you…yet. But for goodness sakes people, do you think Fiverr will somehow give the Seller Plus buyers some kind of secret ability to get hundreds of orders? Please be kind and realize that Fiverr is the best platform for freelancers and take advantage of everything you can… but it’s YOU that has to do the good work.
  13. You need to be invited by Fiverr but if you are part of the program, it’s like all other areas of Fiverr—- no borders! I met people from all over the world on the initial meet up zoom (or whatever) so it was great. The only issue is time zones. My first meeting with my coach was midnight! But the meet up was a good time. You get what you get! Diversity and inclusion is alive and well at Fiverr! yay!!!
  14. I have to chime in here. I have read multiple times here on this thread how people expect their sales to go up because they have a success Coach—- nothing could be further from the truth! Your sales go up (or down) because you follow (or don’t follow) the coaching, listen (or don’t listen) to your coach and take responsibility for YOUR slumps and successes! That’s it!
  15. Yes you should! It’s your option to agree or not and that is the beauty of the forum! It’s interesting to read what others have to say.
  16. Yes I got an invite. its midnight in California and I am waiting for my first meeting. It will be 8am her time. My eyes are blood shot and I am tired but will try to make this meeting upbeat! What are people asking their coach in the first meeting?
  17. That is how it is supposed to work, but my first call was scheduled for 3 weeks after I signed up and paid. However, that being said, I expressed this concern to my new Seller Plus Success Manager (SPSM), and he moved my Zoom call up by one week, so I am within the two week period. 😎 That was the first thing I did. This is not this cowgirl’s first rodeo. :cowboy_hat_face: Yep, I found that out. My SPSM is ever so fantastic. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: For me, this program will be well worth the price, especially since I got a discount and saved 💵! Excellent!!! I am glad you did that you go girl!
  18. I said the same thing about Facebook. I did not support some of their policies and stopped my account. The challenge is that so much business is done on social media that I definitely feel the consequences of my “taking a stand!” So long as you are willing to accept the consequences of taking a stand of not supporting the Seller Success program then that is professional. However, taking a stand is one thing but being negative towards the program can have its own consequences. I accept that my stand about Facebook may be hurting my social media presence but I am careful and don’t begrudge those who are part of it or blame others for my lack of social media presence because it’s my choice.
  19. You only get these badges after you earn the privilege by giving amazing service whether you have a coach or not. The coach helps you clarify and understand what makes a Fivers Choice but again you still do the work. A Pro has to take a test and pass. A Top Rated Seller can meet the technical requirements but never be chosen because of issues you or I can’t see. It takes some people years or never to earn the TRS and some just a few weeks and they are hand selected.
  20. A success coach does not have the power to turn around any decision that Fiverr makes. They guide you with best practices to help enhance your skills but it’s up to you to do the work. The program hand selects the sellers and choose those with an already good standing. The coach can also drop you from the program at any time for poor performance or bad behavior. There will be eager sellers on a waiting list so they will not waste time on goofballs! There will be a limited number of seller as selected at this time.
  21. There are multiple links through out to contact your coach. Once you are introduced, you have a zoom call every two weeks and the ability to email at any time during business hours. Be sure to read the terms and conditions.
  22. I actually read the Terms and it says specifically that just because you are in the program success is not guaranteed. If you don’t do your chores, you won’t get your allowance…at least that’s the way it was in my family lol! Also, thank you for being respectful it helps for sure.
  23. Well to be honest, you pay for knowledge to help you get the badge. So you are buying, at least some of it 🙂 It’s like any kind of professional or self improvement… you pay a good school to get a degree but it’s up to you if you graduate and go on to a great career. Same thing here.
  24. You are NOT paying for a Fiverr’s Choice badge or promotion. You are paying a coach who will guide you to best practices and therefore your gig can become worthy of the prestigious badge… you still earn it…NOT Buy IT and this is a clear distinction.
  25. Fiverr would not promote anyone who doesn’t meet the high standards just because they are paying a monthly coach. I think what they mean is that because you are developing your gigs with the advice from a Fiverr coach, hopefully you will be elevating the quality of your gigs, therefore the idea that you would be promoted more just works out as a natural evolution and consequence of your hard work. Thank you for sharing this. Success Coach Survey Thank you @imagination7413
