  1. You were extremely rude to the CS member who was trying to find the source of your issue (‘I can’t find my gig’ could mean one of several things) and I’m impressed at how they kept their cool. Shame on you.
  2. It’s true that you can only leave a negative review after an order has been successfully completed, though. I have to wonder, though–if all the sellers coming from that country which you aren’t allowed to name are all flakes as you’re implying, why did you continue to order from sellers from that unnamed country?
  3. “Is Fiverr too Greedy?” Short answer: No. Long answer: Noooooooooo. The service fees and 20% off the top is the price to pay for a host and market at your fingertips.
  4. I have good and bad news for my friends on the forums who know me–I’m graduating from college very soon and I’m off to do some exciting things. When that time comes, I may wish to scrub mentions of my name, etc off of the internet. I poked around, but couldn’t find anything: is there a way to deactivate your forum account and delete your post history? Wishing you the best.
  5. Cry me a river. And speak for yourself. I see people with your attitude all over the place, where everything is always someone else’s fault and they’re always a victim. These people never get ahead. I am not going to guide you after you just whined about how you deserve more. What are you doing to bring business to yourself?
  6. General Analytics By default, these statistics represent the past 30 days. You can also view these statistics in a graph view further down the page. IMPRESSIONS: These are impressions from Fiverr, or the number of times your Gig appeared in the thumbnails (i.e., on the homepage, category/subcategory page, search, and user page).CLICKS: These are clicks from impressions, or the number of clicks after a user saw it once on the homepage, category/subcategory page, search, and user page.VIEWS: These are total page views, or the number of page views on the actual Gig page.ORDERS: This is the total number of orders from this Gig.CANCELLATIONS: This is the cancellation rate, or the number of all types of cancelled orders divided by the number of orders from this Gig. This was useful for me, even if it’s an old topic! These questions get asked a lot, and the answers aren’t always easy to find.
  7. You can start by taking the advice that @vickiespencer gave you instead of looking for a quick answer.
  8. To play Devil’s Advocate: When I’m on vacation I can’t take on a larger project but still log in from my phone to address questions existing clients have. Also, some gigs I’m able to perform while away, and others I’m not.
  9. As nice as it would be to make more money on each order, the system Fiverr has in place works. It’s their fair share for having a platform, and for being the middleman. Instead of being worried about making more on my previous orders, I worry about getting more orders.
  10. Thank you! I get paranoid after hearing some of the horror stories on the forums. :X
  11. Hey, Fiverr Forums. I have a question about what I remember being a gray area in the ToS. For my voiceover gig, sometimes the client wants a longer read, like an Audiobook, which has a different set of vocal requirements than an advertisement or infomercial. Though I have a short clip of an audiobook sample on my gig, sometimes they want a longer sample with dialogue, etc. Would it be acceptable to link to external Youtube videos I have of longer reads? The gray area comes where this is acceptable if it’s part of the gig, but would Fiverr staff argue my video sample is enough? What are your thoughts? Cheers.
  12. There is no ‘hiring manager’ for Fiverr. You are not working for Fiverr, you’re a freelancer on Fiverr’s platform. It’s your responsibility to bring clients to you. I’ll save @jonbaas the trouble: Who are your target customers? Where do your target customers gather and communicate? Go to and become a part of the communities where people might need your services. Offer a solution to their needs in a natural and effective way in order to bring them to Fiverr and to order from you. Do you know who your target customers are? Do you know where they are? If you don’t, that’s a good place to start.
  13. Yikes. I hope you don’t talk to CS this way.
  14. Fiverr frequently changes the position of gigs on the search page. I don’t know why, and plenty of people are unhappy with it. Try not to rely too much on people finding your gigs while searching through Fiverr. A more reliable way to bring people in is to make yourself a member of communities or groups where your talents are needed, and then organically advertise there. (For example, I had a very popular Reddit post about voice overs that didn’t start as an ad… so it suited me just fine to drop a link to my gig to anyone asking for more information.)
  15. It’s on the main page of the website. https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service?source=footer
