@yehiagraphics, have you checked if your buyer's account is still active? If the account is gone, it was a chargeback and Fiverr banned your buyer.

Vickie, @shopifyexperts8 said he was banned "for no reason" and stated "...using only single account...". Nonetheless, that doesn't seem to be true.
He posted the reply CS sent him. Only that, instead of a screenshot, he made a copy-past of the text. CS is telling him that he has been caught red-handed 👇:

Yes, it happens all the time, and I consider that behaviour very impolite. But then, there are lots of impolite people roaming the planet. So, not much you can do. 🤷♀️ Let them be and move on.

Sadly, there's nothing you, or any of us, can do to stop getting those messages. Some of them get automatically flagged by Fiverr and end up in the spam folder, but quite a few manage to go through.
For those few that pass Fiverr's filter, you just need to press "spam" (look the image below)—although I would reply with a simple "No" before doing so.

Unpause your gig and place a ticket asking CS to kindly look into it. Here:

Select: Selling on Fiverr —> Gigs —> Gig status —> I still need help (at the bottom of the page).
Once there, don't forget to select the gig that's still under review.

Don't do that. It will hurt you more. Unpause your gigs and try editing at least one of them, as @uk1000 suggested, and see how it goes. It's better.
