  2. Hello Fiverr community, I wanted to suggest a new feature for the platform that I believe would be very helpful for all users. Currently, we cannot edit our messages after we have posted them. This can be problematic if we are in a rush and make a mistake, or if we simply want to clarify something that we didn't explain well enough in the first message. That's why I would like to request that Fiverr allows users to edit messages after they have been sent. Of course, we would need some controls and security measures in place to ensure that this feature is not abused. One solution would be to restrict the editing time to, for example, one hour after the message has been sent. This would give users enough time to catch any mistakes or miscommunications and make the necessary edits. After that time has elapsed, the message would be locked in and cannot be edited any further. I believe that this feature would be very useful for everyone on the platform. It would help us avoid any misunderstandings or miscommunications and ensure that our messages are clear and accurate. Additionally, it would give us more control over our conversations and allow us to make changes as needed. Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this idea.

  5. You have to contact Customer support for editing or deleting the review . They will help you, if you are a buyer. Seller does not allow anything
  6. Best solution is that, you can mention in the Gig like buyers have to contact seller before placing the order. That will reduce direct orders and avoid cancellation in some extend
  7. Hi, Please note that order completion rate based on last 60 days order completed and cancelled order %. May be last 60 days you have completed only small number of order like 10 or 15 orders. So if you cancel one order in last 60 days make big impact on this. Try to deliver more orders to increase the completion rate or wait until last cancelation surpasse the evaluation period.   8. Hi Friends, Myself Ajesh, I have been working on visual effects category for the past 6 years. Currently am TRS in Fiverr. As per my experience, 99.9% of work done by through custom offer in visual effects category. As you aware that most of the gigs in Fiverr working through fixed prices. But Visual effects category rates are not fixed. Rates is varying in each work. Rate will be decided by the complexity of the each work, footage duration and there are lot of other parameter that are not measured through gigs . So normally direct purchase is impossible for this category, Even though the client purchased directly that may leads to cancellation and make disputes to each other. My suggestion is that while creating Gigs, there should be option for ' Only Custom Offers'. That make the clients to interact with seller before order placing and that make more solution orient result and keeping a good connection with buyer
  9. I hope you were tried to transfer file through inbox. I am quite confused.Why are you transferring this much size file to client without order? You can upload file size upto 5GB in delivery option of the order. Through inbox only allowed 1 GB as per my understanding even though its showing 5GB
