I will took extra cautions when someone inbox me with only: "Hi Sir" + double it if it came from that two country. 90 Persen inbox from this two country always end-up as spam. SAD.., but it's true.

Hi there.. It's an custom offer incase your Buyer want something that doesn't match with your gig price. You can Offer Higher / Lower Price, Longer / Shorter Time Delivery, Include Source Files, or anything else.

Yes.., Buyer can order directly from your gig page, without need contact Seller first.

"Why? They cannot tell - "internal information." I think it's because some of your client leave a bad private feedback for fiverr teams. Note that Buyer eligible to leave two review: 1. Your Order Review.., (1-5 star rating) where everyone can see the star and the feedback. 2. After Buyer leave the star review.., Fiverr ask one more time whether they actually satisfied or not . Note that some Buyer is kind enough to leave 5 star rate, eventhough they is not 100% satisfied.

Your thumbnail dimension are correct. I think you need explain it to your Buyer than Youtube Recommendation Thumbnail size are 1280x720px. (Sometimes Buyer didn't understand this, and they demand bigger resolution)

Most Seller doesn't know about this "Private Reviews". Sometimes Buyer is kind enough to leave 5 star for the "Order review" even though they aren't 100% satisfied, so they will leave real review on the private review for Fiverr Team. Or.., They not satisfied, but didn't want to harm Seller income, so they leave no order review, BUT leave feedback at private review.

Hi there. It will affect your traffic. My experience: Once i focus working on Fiverr. Expression are 1K++/day. But i got overwhelm with order, (I have client outside Fiverr as well), and i decide to pass/reject some works in Fiverr. I keep my account active all the time, but make my gig delivery 1 week, so people doesn't order directly and contact me first. Only accept 1-2 order per week from Fiverr. After 2 month, I lost my rank, only left with 50 impression/day After that, i decide to active again at Fiverr.., Accepting all the order at get. and my impression are back to 1K /day again. My conclusion: to maintain you impression, you need to keep working on project and deliver a good result every time. Staying Online 24/7 doing nothing doesn't help you maintain your ranking. "Why some sellers are getting top reviews with poor work?" It's because they able to delivery just like their client need. For you.., maybe it seems poor delivery, BUT from Their Client, it's very good delivery. and how well Seller handle their customer surely affect their Buyer Satisfaction rate. and I agree with @rachelbostwicksaid. Don't waste your time on the negative things. Focus on your own goal, fix your services, and improve your gigs.

Hi there..., Try contact CS and explain that Buyer made a mistake when ordering. Provide Screen shot etc. Ask them to cancel the order without getting penalty if can. I already done this before.., (My Buyer have a mistake with the credit card so need to cancel the order) and Fiverr CS help me cancel the order without getting penalty. Best of luck,

Hi there..., I don't think 2 years experience is a good features. It's considered a newbie. As fellow designer, i think you still lack lots of experience. FOR LOGO, what people need is vector based. NOT JPG. If you can't understand what it means.., then you need to gain more knowledge about logo design. Second, LOGO DESIGN is too common in Fiverr. There are lots of service with better portfolios and experience. Same price, fast delivery. IF you want to gain order, better to create "trending" gigs. You can check what is current "trending" as Buyer Section.

Hi there, Having good impressions, at least you should have 100++ impressions each day, From what i saw.., it's still long journey before someone decide to make an order from your gigs. THINK LIKE NEWBIE BUYER. That information need to know about your services. GIG THUMBNAIL are bad. One is just duplicate from other GIG. and you only have 1 GIG thumbnail, while we can have three. As Buyer, i will assume that your are newbie seller. NOT Professional like your claim You need to improve all your gig, from profile, gig descriptions, FAQS, thumbnail. Hi there. You can try resend them again at order chat. It's happens to several my Buyers too. I can't saw their attachments. So i simply ask them to resend it again at chat box. Hope it can solve for your problem.

Hi there. What should you do: 1. If could, try contact your Buyer, ask him/her politely why they decide to cancel the order. If they already block you, then 2. Try contact Fiverr CS, ask them why your order canceled even though your buyer leave 5 star rating. I saw several cases Seller sharing their experience, where Fiverr CS helped them get their money back. Several reasons why these happens: 1. Buyer feel like you deliver plagiarism product. (They found out later) 2. Buyer disappointed with your delivery. Your delivery is not like what you mentioned at your proposal, they can't use your product for their project. (Usually problem with source files) 3. You get scammed. (BAD BUYER).

Hi there. 600/700 impressions a day is great. Good jobs. Now.., only 10/12 clikcs on your gigs.., then your thumbnail is not attractive enough. It goes like this: Your gigs tumbnail showing on people browser 600/day , BUT only 12 person willing to click and interested with your gigs. What to do: You should improve your gigs tumbnail. and if CLICK high, but order LOW, you need to work on your gig descriptions/price. Best of luck

There are many newbie Seller disguise as USA Seller. They usually start chat with " Hi Sir"... lol.... check mate. (Mostly from these two country) and i saw from Facebook Page, people trying to sell their account because they didn't want to work as freelancer again. Hi there. To increase CLICK, you must have attractive GIG thumbnail. So.., when people browsing your keyword, and your gig show up, People likely to click it. It goes like this: If Impressions GOOD - You have correct keywords. GOOD JOB!. CLICK LOW - Impression HIGH - Good keywords, but BAD GIG THUMBNAIL Design. Need to improve your design. Hi there. Here is my review: 1. Gig thumbnail is not attractive. Headline got cropped at small thumbnail. Layout are messy. (2/10) 2. Only have 1 thumbnail? Seller can have three. 3. Description: Very bad. Too little. You don't explain at all about your service. WHY People should hire you? Why you are better than other competitor? 4. NO FAQS?
