  1. Several reasons, maybe because: 1. Buyer found out that your final delivery didn't match with your buyer expectation. They found out later - think you are cheating on them, so they open dispute. 2. Buyer think you are using template / using copyrighted material for your video. They can't use your delivery at the end. 3. BAD BUYER. Bad things happens, not just you but to everyone - everywhere. NOT just on Fiverr. Just move on and focus on your next project.
  2. Not Depositing. But got problem with receiving. I got trouble receiving my money from client (outside fiverr): "We need some additional information from you to process the following payment: "Please provide a document that shows email correspondence or a chat transcript with your client, in which the services provided are clearly stated." So i provide them with screen shot of my whatsapp chat + project invoice from email. It solve the problem 🙂 Didn't have any problem when withdrawing money from Fiverr though.
  3. 45 days... What you have been doing so far? Did you learn anything (tips and trick people sharing on this forum)? you won't get any exposure if you are iddle sitting doing nothing. Thumbnail is not attractive. I suggest to make good image for your video thumbnail for your 2-3 second of your video. (RIGHT now, one of your thumbnail have a green line with nothing - just like unfinished design) Second: Your video and second, third thumbnail design quality difference are too huge. Your video are good, BUT second and third thumbnail are bad. Wrong choice of font. Wrong color combination. Based on what i saw.., it's very hard to get order with what you have right now.
  4. It's from your point of view. BUT not from your Buyer. That is why he demand to send your works to him first, so he can check the quality.
  5. Hi there. Reasons: 1. You put wrong keywords/wrong category. Your gigs show up at wrong field. No matters how many impressions you get is useless if you put a wrong keywords. WHAT TO DO: Correct keyword, put your gigs at correct category. 2. Correct Keywords, BUT Your GIGS thumbnail is BAD. People saw your gigs thumbnail, BUT didn't interested to click and visit your gigs. WHAT TO DO: Improve your GIG THUMBNAIL design
  6. Level Up Seller can convince Buyer easier = Higher Sales Convertion Rate. They have made lots of project, and know exactly what Buyer needs.
  7. Hi there. You can still get order even though your impression are low / click low. BUT CHANCE are low. Impressions means how many times your gig shows up at people browser. While click, how many times people click your thumbnail and visit your gigs. IF your impresssion high - click low.., then you need to improve your gigs thumbnail design. If impression high - click high - NO Order.., then you need to improve your price or change your gig descriptions. (means that you fails convince buyer to order from you)

  11. Hi there.. It seems that you don't know how Amazon Product Photo Works. My main services is Amazon Product Listing, so have many experience with this. Based on your story.., : 1. Your Photo Got rejected by Amazon (You need to remove the background. Amazon require 100% pure white background. No shadows effect etc.) 2. You need to use f22. Less than this, some of your product - especially most away from camera looks blury. 3. Client usually demand to fix the bug part, Like: dust, noise, bend, and improve the lighting effect. 4. Provide Buyer with 1500x1500 pixel or 2000x2000 pixel. JPG 300 dpi. Hope this can help, Wish you luck,

Kindly not to spread "FIBER" plague on this great forum. 😆 SECOND: "When my gigs are on 1st or 2nd page of fiber, the gigs are lost, " How many impression you get everyday? Did you lose rank suddenly? As long as you can provide Buyer with satisfied result, you can get your rank back.

  14. Hi there. It smell fishy. Did your buyer came from one of these three: "I***a" , B*******sh, P******n" ? Tripple your cautions when deal with these country Buyer. Please note that SCAM BUYER Always target New Seller. Before accept any order.., please make sure that both of you clearly understand the task. Best of luck.
  15. I think it's because some of your buyer leave a bad hidden review. Note that there are two review on each project: 1. The 5 star rate ( where people can see the feedback) 2. Hidden review for fiverr team, They can buyer satisfaction level. Some Buyer are kind enough to leave 5 star rating eventhough they didn't satisfied 100%. So they leave this second review. It will affect your promotion status. And based on your post, MAYBE it's accumulate on each period. (for example like order completion rate / 60 days). That is why it can get promoted/unpromoted again.
  16. You play on extremly crowded skill. All newbie desginer who have photoshop / illustrator, claims they are logo expert. Same price, same delivery time, same unlimited revisions. Thousands of them. If you don't have other service, it almost imposible to get decent income.
  17. Hi there.., I think part of it are your fault. As professional Seller.., we must took precautions of what the client actually need, and explain it upfront. Treat your Buyer as Newbie, so your Buyer could understand clearly what the project should be. and this point: "I tried to add that functionality for free but It's not possible to add because of some technical reasons." This makes your buyer upset. It's much better to tell you buyer that what he request is not doable in the first place. DO NOT Try to do it for free.., BUT later you said that it can't be done. Of course your Buyer will feel dissapointed. In your case, IN BUYER OPINIONS, you already failed deliver the project like what he need. The delivery you have been done so far is useless for your buyer. Suggestion: Be honest that you can't help you with the latest requirement, because of lack of skill TWO OPTIONS FOR YOU: 1. Keep doing this (deliver and revisions) until your buyer give up, and give you 1 star rating. (BUYER STILL CAN ASK REFUND FROM FIVERR, because BUYER report you as SCAM) There are many seller complains that they lost income from previous complete order. 2. Offer to cancel the project. You lose income from your hardwork and lose order completion rate BUT manage to keep your rating. (Manage 5 star rating is harder than order completion rate. You can have 100% completion rate again after 60 days, BUT to make it back from 4.8 into 5, you will need around 100 order with 5 star rating) Best of luck,
  18. Acually, after you offer extras, BUYER have rights at least have 1 more revisions. Because they didn't know if the new additional project done correctly or not? and eventhough at GIGs shows the number revisions, Buyer can ask the revisions how many times needed. Buyers can ask for anything they want – it’s up to the seller to decide if they’ll do it. Having your revision price listed on your gig sets the stage for charging for each revision. Or.., You can try offer your extras with how many additional revision available in mind. You can add the extra description like: "i will do... (3 revisions included) Hoping you Buyer can notice the remaining revisions this way.
  19. Hi there. Based on experience.., if Buyer start behave like this.., it's better to cancel the project. Reasons: Buyer already dissapointed with your services, chance Buyer will leave bad rating, or even open dispute. If this order is not much, for your future order, my suggestion is to contact CS, ask their help to cancel the project without having penalty because BUYER threaten you many times. Even if you got completion penalty, it's still beter than having 1 star rating. If you follow this forum everyday, there are lots of seller suddenly lose their impression and rank. 5 star rate definitely can help us maintain our gig. Choose your decisions wisely.
  20. It can takes 3-4 days before CS response to your ticket. My record was 6 days. Unless you are Seller Plus Member/TRS .., we can get priority support, usually takes 6-12 hours.
  21. Only 1 left to do: Contact Fiverr CS. Ask them politely why your Buyer decide to report your order and demand refund. (most reasons: Plagiarism, bad coding, bad source files, and BAD BUYER) Some Seller actually manage get their money back after Fiverr CS found that the Buyer is a SCAM.
  22. Hi there. There are two things left to do: 1. Finish the current order. 2. Wait for Fiverr team finish the review. (CS can't help you right now) It seems that you violates Fiverr TOS. Restricted The account is partially disabled. The customer, either buyer or seller, can access the account, withdraw funds, complete ongoing orders, and review their order history. They cannot place or receive new orders, nor can they communicate with other customers through inbox messages. seller's Gigs will not show on the marketplace, and buyers will not be able to place new orders. Once an account is temporarily disabled, the customer needs to wait for the trial period (which can take upwards of 90 days) to be completed—to know if the account will be restored or permanently disabled. Customer Support can neither influence the result of this review nor can they update the customer on the review's end date.
  23. Actually.., After you deliver the first delivery, it can be said that you are safe. Even when the order status shows up as "LATE", it won't affect your delivery rate. If you choose Extend Delivery date, You need to deliver it again before the time frame again. So.., it first place, as long as your Buyer didn't mind with "Late Status", you can keep working on your project. My records is 2 weeks late. ( because of vacation time frame and slow buyer response)
