  1. How can a gig with a strong negative impact in client satisfaction be rated a 9? How can clients be very dissatisfied with the work, yet very happy with the value for money for said work? Who knows!
  2. I'm seeing the new level badges, but nothing in the analytics yet!
  3. And I agree that the systems in place are not working, btw. Even when people are flagged, nothing happens - I've flagged some profiles that are in clear and direct violation of TOS, multiple points, and guess what? Their profiles and gigs are still up. Nothing happened. However, at a certain point it's impossible to control, it's always up to the user. It's a cat and mouse game, there are always ways around any system implemented to deter scammers. However, if I don't give anyone my information, under any pretence, then I can't be scammed, and no system (that can be exploited) is needed. It's the only solution that always works.
  4. That means they didn't read the TOS, documentation, etc. Also, that they are not familiar with how literally any big platform / service works. No bank / brokerage / work platform does that. None. It's common sense, internet literacy. If you don't have that, I don't see how you can run a successful business online, you're lacking critical thinking skills.
  5. Almost all my revisions are, of course, submitted after the original due date. Hundreds of them so far. It's insane to think that it could ever be otherwise, since I cannot control how long the client takes to get me revision notes. They can even extend the revision period. It would be totally impossible to have revisions taken into account in terms of order deadlines. I control the time it takes me to deliver. So I can offer a delivery date. I don't control how long clients take to get back to me with revisions, or how long revisions will take. So I can't offer a delivery date for revisions. The time I give the client is the time to first submission. I ensure I have all the needed information before I start, to get it right the first time around as much as possible, and I try to have a fast turnaround on revisions, but I never had a single complaint about deadlines when the order goes past the original date due to revisions. My overall star rating is 4.9, but was already 4.9 prior to the new system, so it made no difference. I've sent extension requests a couple times, usually because the client delayed information/assets I needed to make the first delivery. Never for revisions.
  6. If you are a normal seller, you can also have a Pro buyer account, that's what that refers to. You can never have two seller accounts.
  7. That's what revisions are for. My success score is 10, so I seem to be doing it right.
  8. Scenario 1 - You delivered the first time within the deadline. The order is not late, revisions don't matter, why would you send an extension request. Scenario 2 - You delivered the first time within the deadline. The order is not late, revisions don't matter, why would you send an extension request. Scenario 3- You delivered the first time within the deadline. The order is not late, revisions don't matter, why would you send an extension request. AN ORDER IS ONLY LATE IF YOU DELIVER THE FIRST TIME AFTER THE CLOCK RUNS OUT. Simple.
  9. I agree that Fiverr should have better systems in place. However... Being a freelancer is running your own business. If you fall for obvious scams, at a certain point it's darwinism. If you can't avoid this type of scam, your ability to do professional work in certain fields kind of comes into question, common sense is a must for nearly everything.
  10. It's impossible to say based on that image. It may be 8, it may be 4, it may be anything in between.
  11. A thing that made my week sparkle was that I got some new direct clients, and am gradually moving away from depending on unfair platforms.
  12. I think it was always "Perfect", I remember talking about it with my Success Manager years ago.
  13. Pro Tip - always ask your buyers if they are using the app or the website. If they say app, ask them to please close the order and rate on the website. How things are designed, on average, ratings will be higher when done on the website. Guaranteed.
  14. Ok, so they removed the emojis. However: The scale is still unbalanced. Very poor - Poor - Average - Very good - Exceptional This is not a fair scale. Other interesting things of note: 3 is considered a "low rating" - in other words, average is bad. 4 stars ("very good") can only have negative qualifiers - you can't rate 4 and praise anything.
  15. You reply anything you want (you need to reply something so it doesn't count against you) and then you mark as spam.
  16. The interesting part is that everyone will have 4.9 now (apparently because there's no pressure to have 5.0, and 4.9 is actually better), yet the level threshold is still showing at 4.7. So there's a window of 0.2, basically. No pressure at all!
  17. And how do I look? Quite curious now.
  18. We were ahead of the curve, even on this! We were already at 4.9, so nothing happened. Take that! I'm seriously thinking about opening a gig in the "predict the future" vertical. We dodge mines that don't even exist yet!
  19. They don't give out refunds for spam clicks. I've mentioned it to my SM multiple times, he just goes "oh well, it's the way it is".
  20. And another one. THIS COSTS ME MONEY. I'll just deactivate it again, this is ridiculous.
