  1. You need to go to your profile by clicking on your profile picture from the top right corner. Then head toward the bottom left corner. You'll find your test details there.
  2. You can add both video and images at the same time. But in that case video will be displayed as thumbnail in your gig and images will remain underneath.

  4. Seems like your gig images are just stock photos from the internet. If I were in your place, I would have gotten a few gig images designed by myself. Or add a short video describing my services.

  7. Hey Kushan, I've gone through your gigs. Seems like you've put a lot of efforts in preparing your gigs and added a lot of detailed information. One thing I noticed you are offering unlimited revision. I think, offering unlimited revisions may open the door for exploitation. You might reconsider it. Additionally you might apply psychological pricing strategy. Like price can be 195 instead of 200. Difference is not that much, but visually the price appears like a lot less.
  8. Customer satisfaction is the key to success in any business. In our day-to-day life, modern businesses are always open to help and prefer customer satisfaction. If customers raise any complaints, or the product or services they offer fail to satisfy customers, businesses upgrade their products and try to make customers happy. However, there is a checkpoint as well. If anyone intends to take advantage of polite customer service, businesses ignore them. The same case may be applied to your case. If the customer is not happy, I would try my level best to provide more support until they turn out to be a happy customer. But if they try to exploit me, then I would stop providing that support until my committed services are delivered. Wondering to know, did you discussed the revision issue before sending the offer so that your client will enjoy zero revision. If yes, I think you are not compelled to accept the revision. Yet, I would say take 1-2 revisions and let the customer stay happy so s/he gets back to you again. If the limit exceeds, you can talk to fiverr customer care services. Still, I believe CS will prefer the customer's preference. In essence, I would say, treat this customer well for the time being. Later on, if s/he comes back think twice before accepting any order.

  10. It's not a standard practice to use auto refresh to fake your presence on the platform. If Fiverr can detect, you may be penalized.

  12. I think for the new sellers, UpWork works better as it provides opportunity to bid proposals while fiverr made this feature (Buyer Request) obsolete.
  13. I set my brief's price at $5 and didn't get a single notification. Merely minimizing the price is not the only parameter to get notifications. I believe there is something else that engender it.

  15. Seems like you've got sound SEO optimization on your gigs, but still these are not converting. Appears like there is something wrong with your description or the pricing. So If I were in your position I would have double-checked the price and the descriptions and the rationality of the packages.

  20. I’m interested to give it a try. But can we get another feature like keyword trends? From where we can know the search volume, competition, how many seller are using a certain keyword.
  21. If you have one machine but 2 men, how will you maintain the workload? Sometimes only you might need the machine for whole day, at that moment how will your bother work? Another thing, the category both of you will work on require long time to finish up the job. I think you’ll mess up. Fiverr put restrictions on having multiple accounts, if you sign in from one machine. Fiverr may consider you’re having double account. Even though there are some more factors they consider before issuing the warning. I’d say, however fiverr reacts doesn’t matter as your mess.
  22. From what I have seen is that the promoted gigs appear in the the first row or two of your search. They are not identified in any way. Thought there would be a tag saying “Ad” like google.
  23. As a seller, it’s not available on my side since I’m still level one seller. But I’m now qualified for level two. Hope to get the new badge by the next evaluation. However, As a buyer I should’ve seen the other seller’s promoted gig when I search on the home page. Still i didn’t see a promoted gig. would you please share your keyword so I can check how it looks like on the search result page?
