  1. If your previous gig doesn't have any sales history or reviews, I think you can delete it and create a new one.
  2. https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010451397-Creating-a-Gig Review the above link for the relevant instructions for creating your first gig. You could have found this link as well if you Googled it.
  3. It's difficult to say how many impressions are decent because it is not the sole player to succeed. There are lots of gigs which is getting unexpected levels of impressions, but no orders. However, there are many such gigs of which the impression is not that high, but getting orders enough. So It would be better to focus on overall gig quality rather than trying to increase the impression.
  4. Your query is too broad to answer in the comments. You better use the magnifying Icon section from the top right corner to search for your answer.
  5. You need to work on gig images and video has to be more professional
  6. I never posted any brief though, don't know what it looks like. But from that Reddit post, I can make sense new buyers are facing difficulties in navigating things. So I think there might be areas to work on.
  7. As the title says, Fiverr's brief/match making system does not favor the buyer as we can see a buyer posted a help-seeking post on Reddit. Please have a look at the following snapshot of that post. That client is trying to saythat Fiverr is giving a headache, and s/he can't figure out where the post request went. On the flip side, Fiverr's competitor is winning the game when a buyer is about to find an appropriate freelancer. I believe Fiverr should collect feedback and reconsider the "Buyer Request" feature. In that case, a few things may be implemented to reduce the low-quality proposals like others are doing.
  8. It would have been better if you could add some more details with examples. From this 2 sentence post, it's really difficult to make sense of what you intended to say.
  9. Congratulations. Provide the top notch quality service to this buyer, so s/he comes again to purchage from you.
  10. Gig description deserves a few more words with details of your services. In addition to that, try to add a video describing your talents.
  11. May be just because of being a seller, fearing his profile may get affected and the gig might get deranked. I think buyers will respect the agreed revisions when Fiverr takes care of this issue. Other than that, sellers will always be the victim of the supremacy of buyer.
  12. When a seller is bringing a client into the platform that doesn't cost Fiverr anything, then why do you think it's not a good win for Fiverr? As you said, they already spend a lot for buyers, but, when a seller is playing that role to bring customers and Fiverr doesn't have to spend money for it. It's a win for Fiverr because the 10% it's earning is a solid profit with zero expenditure.
  13. Well said, and I agree. When a customer's request for revision exceeds the agreed number of revisions, the seller should apply negotiation skills and ask for payment for the extra revisions. However, Fiverr can also integrate this feature as well when the buyer requests extra revisions, additional charges will be cut from the client. Of course, the seller must set an additional revision charge while creating a gig.
  14. Pay a visit to the following link. https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404324058513 It might be helpful for you.
  15. I would say delete this gig and create a new one since this gig doesn't have any reviews, potentially no sales history as well. But make sure you have saved the contents of the gig somewhere on your comuputer so you don't need to write or create everything from scratch again.
  16. Looks like you not only response late, but also miss the messages to respond to.
  17. If I were in your position, I would have tried to improve my gig images and pricing since from the search result page, a visitor sees these two things. If seems interesting, gets the click.
  18. Yes, I think it's overthinking. There is nothing wrong offering a discount. If there were any issues with it, established businesses would have not offered any discount on their product or services.
  19. Maybe volume of the sound/ringtone is down. Have visit to your setting and see if there is any room left to increase the volume. If not, you can try reinstalling the app or clearing the chache.
  20. Need more details to understand your problem. Is it something like you are not finding any option to add 3 packages? Or you are seeing the table of pricing but you don't know what amount should you charge for each packages?
  21. No problem. Yet if you have any confusion, reach out to CS.
