    the way you explain that gives hope , yes i have a company buyer who need small task everyday or after one or two day later that is one my repeat buyer also i m promoting my gig and hired people for promotion too rest of all god knows.

    yes i can now understand that i lost my feature for promote gig and its look like , its pushed my gig a very last page and in result i have no new buyer

    Well, I was traveling Nepal from 27th march to 3rd of April, I didn't turn on the not available feature from the profile, I got the message and I replied that I won't be able to deliver any work now and even I refund on of my running project because of traveling but what I get from this experiences in two months I have refund 2 order and canceled 1 order also have a bad experience with a buyer totally what I get the result is that I lost my promote feature that pulls my gig form the first page and I lost a lot of order like before. So I m still hiring people to promote my gig every day almost i spend $100 promoting my gig. What I can see is I m getting an impression and click but no order like before. Thank you

    I m facing for 30days, working with repeat buyers and not getting any new responses or any orders. The last time I get it back within 1 week and I found a few sellers in a forum saying they are not getting it back even in years which makes me worried.

    In every shop and every platform for freelancing the priority is a buyer who will come to your shop if you don't have any buyers then there is no value for any seller so make sure you should obey the buyer and try your hard to keep them attracted. there is nothing you can do about the refund.

    yeah i have seen so many seller that complete all the task but they get the badge after a manual judgement
