  1. 👉 Don't jump into money talks too quickly Understand the tasks then send the proposal. 💰 It shows you are mature. 😎 👉 Instead of repeatedly sending questionnaires again & again try jumping on a call to understand your client's pain points, If it's not possible send a doc file at a time. Remember this technique and thank me later 😍 👉 Never work without the order as a freelancer. Aim to secure an upfront deposit before starting any project. After accepting the order you can start the work. Don't undervalue yourself. Charge what you deserve. 👉 No contracts, no guarantee. Use written contracts to outline work details, payment terms, and deadlines. Write everything in detail. Trust me it will help you a lot. You will have a better relationship with your client.
  2. Yeah but here, I got this promise from the third party companies and whenever clients are looking for a plugins they are looking for a product which they don't need to repay again after purchasing it. The companies it's called developer license or lifetime activation. So I mentioned it but it's my fault. I don't think profile ranks. I know ranking is dynamic. It will fluctuate. So how fiverr gigs shown on the search result based on what metrix? If you share your valuable opinion. I will be glad to know. Thank you!
  3. it's been a long time, I'm not active here. Had passed a really bad time. A couple of months ago, one night I got a notification from the Fiverr app that my gig is denied.😒 I was clueless. The first question I had in mind was, What wrong step I did do, Did I break any rules? The moment I got a notification I contact Fiverr support to know what happened.😌 They replied I have not aligned with their terms and service. I was not convinced so I asked them again. I was looking for a specific reason. Then they told me You used a sentence in your gig description which was "lifetime plugin activation" which is not in line with our guidelines and the Gig is not given a second chance - permanently remaining denied and inaccessible. Before this action I was doing really good. There was no chance to get back my top gig which has 155 positive feedback. My TRS dream goes far away now. 😲I was totally broken. You know how hard it is to rank a Gig. It took me more than 2 and half years. Anyway, It's been a dream to achieve a TRS badge, So I started a new journey, and created another new gig. I really don't know when I can reach but I will try. 😊
  4. First of all thanks @smashradioYou provide great stuff here. As a Non-native English speaker I really love using Grammarly but never think about the pro version. I think I should check it out. Thanks once again!
  5. Today I discovered you here in form & read a couple of your posts. You are tips and advice is very helpful. It's been two year I'm selling and sold 200 happy orders. I didn't update too much my gig but I'm sure I am gonna do it very soon because in my package I have Unlimited revisions as well. You just open my eyes. The couple of thins I have wrote on my gig description which is useless after reading your post. You know when I started I though this will attract buyer to place an order but I'm wrong. When I started I was no job but right now I have & I have to manage my time as well, so I don't think I'm going to put all that is kind of fake Here is the things I notice, I have to remove very soon from my gig description. 1. "Long time support after complete the project" (Why will I support long time rather I can say if the work is very short time then I can fix it but if it takes time I should charge) 2. "100% money-back guarantee" I think I should also and instead of this I can write if you didn't get what I promised then we can discuss. What do you think about this? 3. "Unlimited revision until you satisfy" OMG, Though I didn't get such a bad client but I have to delete this. Thanks for all your tips. I have a question if you can create a post or maybe you can reply me here as well. Let me expelling what I'm asking I do we design and I charged $300 bucks for 5 pages website(Very cheap I know) but I have to see my competitor package as well but the problem is sometimes buyer come to my inbox and they offer 5 pages website but those pages are huge and depending on the design if I say I will charge $500 and they tell me, you are offering 5 pages for 300 bucks then why you are asking me this. I often explain them but do you thing should I mention something like in this package every page have 5-6 section or I should increase the price? In my opinion if I increase the price then I won't get knock from client because my competitors offer less than that. I'm little bit confuse about this. If you can assist me in any way that would be awesome. Keep posting your awesome experience here. Thanks!
  6. That was superb! A big big congratulation for you 700 orders, it's not a small target. I started my journey here fully at 2000 and within 2 year I reached 200 orders but for some personal delay This year I'm not doing well here but I hope I will come back and soon I will reach 300 order as well. You are right when I started I was no clue how could I set the price and so many things but by the time I figured out. It's all about process.
  7. Description is the explanation of your work or service. but writing better description you have to follow so many things like keyword, SEO. So make sure you research your competitor gigs to understand how they wrote but don't copy them.
  8. Hello Marie Sorry to hear that you have spent over 6 months and got only 2 orders. The things you have mentioned about being online all the time, is not true, Yeah being online will help you to rank your gig but that doesn't mean you have to be online all the time. I'm not a successful seller on Fiverr but I have done more than 200 orders so far I have some experience so I can share that. There is some precaution you have follow before you start your gig marketing Are you selling good services, you know sometimes we serve a service that isn't so demandable, so make sure your services are good on demand Optimize your gig based on your keyword, it's very important. Follow the standard gig thumbnail rules and so on Write a good description about your service with mix up the keyword If everything is done properly then you can focus on marketing Try to find out your customer's time zone. For me, I have got 70% of orders from the USA, so I don't stay online all the time, I try to maintain that time only so if any customer uses the online filter then probably my gig pop up on the first page instant. Just sharing your gig on Social media it's not gonna help you anymore, try to build an audience then share your service there. I don't know but did you try sending buyer requests every day. It's a good option for a new seller. Hope this will help you slightly.
  9. I faced the same problem & I notice that I was not active. If you are not active on this platform your gig will go down. So make sure you Active on the platform and try to get new order. Hope that will help you. It helped me.
  10. Congratulation Brother. I know it's a good moments, when I had reached 100 reviews a year ago. It was awesome. Best of luck.
  11. It's not a bad journey at all, right now I'm thinking is it good to depend on only Freelancing? I was doing good actually but suddenly I stop working for a few days I mean I was not active that much & I notice my gig ranking went down & now I'm not getting any new buyer messages. I really don't know what should do right now. Because we are human being so we need some break but if I see everything is gone after break then it really feels bad. If you already facing this kind of problem, how do you deal? I would love to know. Thanks!
  12. Do you think you profile picture is good enough? You know it's not clear, try to update it, so buyer can trust on you. picture is fine try to zoom and crop the picture. Hope this image will look better. You have to match the Gig Title keyword with the description but for example if I assume econometrics analysis is your main keyword then why didn't you put that in your description. Present a nice and SEO friendly description that will help you on the search rank and as well as feel good to read. I think FAQ section is very important, Your potential client would love to read that so that they know about you before reach to you. Sometime it really helps them to understand the seller. This is a few points I think you can update. Thanks!
  13. Who wants an official Fiverr time tracker for hourly work like me? 😊 We all know recently Fiverr lunch subscription that is awesome, A few categories sellers got this but do you think the hourly rate system is also good? I'm working hourly basis for a Canadian buyer maintaining their Divi based WordPress website, First of all, we discuss a monthly basis but after discussion, we both agree to continue with hourly but the problem is Fiverr doesn't have any hourly tracker now, So I have to calculate the time manually or I'm using a Time tracker software myself. Luckily my client is good, he trust me & I didn't cheat but a transparent solution is must have I think. I had to say NO to almost 10 clients, Sorry Fiverr doesn't have the time tracker, we have to work on fixed price but you know sometimes they don't care, So ultimately I lost a potential client. I'm back to the community again. 😘
