Let me give you some knowledge about my services here on fiverr. 1- I am the senior most seller here on fiverr which is having the largest number of reviews on WIX WEBSITE DESIGN & REDESIGN gig Design and redesign wix website by Webpie | Fiverr ALMOST 1503 5 STAR REVIEWS. 2- I am the person, who have Response Rate 100% Order Completion Rate 100% On-time Delivery 100% Rating 4.9 Which is i think the best performance under your TOS and rules applied. 3- I completed almost 3000+ orders since 2016 ======================= I am facing a very strange issue by your algorithm on gig Design and redesign wix website by Webpie | Fiverr, i can understand that its not a manual thing but i am sure there is some kind of bug in it. here is my performance on this gig. 1= In this month there is “zero cancellation” on my gig. 2= I received 200+ USD TIPs on my orders this month. 3= Complete 24 orders with 5 star rating But still my gig is not visible any where, i even did check on different devices, laptops, internet connection by some time it appears and some times it is not visible, and this thing is happening since last 6 months. Please note that, i am the brilliant seller which is providing QUALITY WORK here on this platform since 2016 You can even check my stats. YOU CAN NOT SAY THAT THIS IS JUST DUE TO ALGORITHM as i mentioned all my stats above, which shows that i am really doing very great and hard here. I am now in serious trouble as i am not getting any new inquiry, order or anything. Please check the attached screenshot. I even can not use PROMOTED GIG option. Kind Regards

  4. Hi, I completed 3000+ orders with 5 star rating and I am member since 2016. I am facing a very strange issue since December 2020. The gig disappears for many days without any reason while it shows ACTIVE under the fiverr system. During this period i don’t get any single new inquiry, No new order, No gig impression, clicks and other stuff. After some days, suddenly i am getting new inquiries and it make me feels like everything is now normal. Its now agin more than 40 days and i am not getting any single new inquiry. I applied for gig promotion and its showing “Unqualified” in front of gig? I have 2 questions 1- Why the gig appear and disappear issue is going on from December 2020 with me on all gigs? 2- What is gig “Unqualified” means under the Gig promotion area?
  5. Hello Everyone! Fiverr should add a feature for partial refund. In current scenario, if you need to refund partially to any client, you don’t have any option to do that except to cancel the order and order again. In such type of refund you will get a cancelled order label, decrease in completion order ratio and decrease in listing/position in your niche too. There should be a feature in each order (Resolution center) where we can add the amount, which need to be refund and can keep the rest of amount. In this way you can mark yourself safe from the cancellation 🙂 The most important thing 🙂 The review option should be disable in such cases because they clients are already like angry birds. What are your thoughts? Should we give the fiverr a suggestion? Please leave your comments! Thank you!
  6. Yes! Thank you. I have given them proof of work and they even removed the warning and companste the $120 (which is half amount of project) in my account.
  7. Thank you, i explained them what was the problem and given them the valid proof of work which i did with links and screenshots. First they rejected everything as i explained above but i tried again and again and once of the fiverr representative helped me alot and reviewed the case again and removed the warning and refund the half amount of the project. What you need is to make your case strong with valid proof and reasoning.
  8. Thank you, My issue has been resolved, the fiverr support removed the warning and refunded me $120 (Half amount of original order) Much relaxed now.
  9. Than you. Its Related toe WordPress gig. I requested the buyer hosting access before to proceed with order that provide me your hosting but they never did even before and after.
  10. Hi, The watermark of FIVERR removed automatically once they accept the delivery, its for your protection so the buyer can’t download the logo and try to use without accepting the delivery.
  11. This is Fiverr’s way of saying "just go away, we don’t ever admit to making mistakes." Sadly, there is nothing you can do here, despite how unjust this situation is. That said you should definetely look to see if your buyer is using the website you created. If they are, you can send proof to Fiverr and ask them to explain why they have given your work away for free and issued you with a warning. This is the only way to prove without a doubt that CS is in the wrong. If your website is being used and Fiverr doesn’t want to remedy the situation, you can then at least contact whatever web host your buyer is using (with proof you created their site) to ask that it is removed asap. Yes! i sent multiple screenshots as proof of work, link of website that i created, completion of revisions screenshots to the support but i still not get any positive feedback. Here is last text received from the support "Note that both your account and the order were thoroughly reviewed prior to any decisions being made. This being said, sending additional emails will not change any of our decisions, as they are final." I even explained them, i received warning on additional work, which is not even discussed. They cancelled the order, sent me a warning.
  12. Hi Everyone, I just got up and saw that one of my order has been cancelled by the Fiverr support and as a bonus received a Warning of incomplete delivery which is totally wrong and not correct. Let me explain to you about the order complete issues. 1- The buyer came to me to redesign with a website which i did. 2- The buyer requested some changes/modifications and i completed in timely manner and delivered 3- His last modification was completed on 21:41 January 31, 2020 The buyer wants me to upload the website without providing me login access to the host. I discussed the multiple solutions with him that how he can upload the site and assured that, i will help him in future in case of any issue But at the end he went to the support and they even cancel the order and sent me an incomplete delivery warning in bonus. I contacted to the support regarding the order cancellation he they replied that “we were provided with proof that the order wasn’t delivered accordingly. I can now see that you have asked the buyer for the credentials which they were reluctant to provide and wanted to discuss this with you.” "I can see that it wasn’t delivered as you didn’t notify the buyer that sharing the personal info is needed. " In the reply i sent them screenshots where i asked for login details before i start work on the project. But look what they reply in return "Note that both your account and the order were thoroughly reviewed prior to any decisions being made. This being said, sending additional emails will not change any of our decisions, as they are final." I asked the support why i got the warning and they simply replied “Regarding the warning, as I have advised you in the email below, no further details can be disclosed.” “no further details regarding the warning can be disclosed.” Please note that the “website upload on the server” is not included in this gig. All the basic requirements of Buyer were completed successfully initially. I was doing the “Website upload on host” additionally only to make happy the client as complimentary but originally it’s not even included in the gig or buyer asked to upload it on host after completion of design. I waited the client from February 01, 2020 but i never get a response, considering the “Site upload” is not included in it, and if the buyer requires any help or he manage the logins he can contact me later, i delivered the order and what i can see the “order has been cancelled” and additionally i received a warning too which is really disappointing thing for me. If anyone here can give me an expert advice over this matter.
