  1. Hi, Thanks again for all response, but i am not getting orders, also sending buyer request but no response, thats why i am worried 😦
  2. Hi, I was level2 seller. Last month one of client cancel order so order rate was about 83. Due to evaluation on 15-sept, level2 badge removed from CS. i have completed 2-3 orders so order rate about 86,87 and now with passage of time order rate decrease and right now its 83. Now next evaluation on 15-oct, so my question is can i get my level2 back after 60days left??? Because i m worried and i m not getting orders, its my family income 😦
  3. Have you clicked on Deliver Now button after doing 100% of the work that you were initially hired to do? She change password of FTP after 90% work and 10% work not give requirement. How can i work 100% when she change password and remaing 10% work. I delivered work and ask her to share modifcation revsion requirements and remaining10%, but she denied. If i not deliver 90% then definately she would say it have not did any thing for me.
  4. you do not start working on an order that doesn’t have all requirements she give me a requirements in start , this 10% was in revsion which i have did.
  5. but as you said only 90%. that’s also a violation. you can deliver order when it’s 100% done. Hi, when requirements are 90% then how can i deliver 100%, before work done she cange credentials of website, and not provide 10% requirements.
  6. An account warning can be a serious issue. It can prevent you from leveling up, or make you lose your level, or can lead to a ban. Hi @catwriter, as i can see now carefully , i have not violote any TOS, I have check my delivery and its contains delivery files attached. Its so strange ,why i receive warning and violation??? Even i have not did any thing??? I have check , my delivery contains files.

  8. It make take them some time to investigate the case. I don’t know what they will do next. Did you get a warning for an incomplete delivery? Yes i received an email that i use delivery button like spam etc. But i think its not issue, they should focus on main work, many times seller forget to upload files they deliver through google drive because files are big, also some times files are not uploded properly due to low speed internet and when click on deliver button message sent. Deliver buttton must be restriction that must upload file otherwise delivery not send.
  9. @catwriter thanks for suggestion 🙂 Yes definately i will be very carefuly next time, but now order is cancalled ,what they will do decision, even order is cancalled??? I saw on my ticket its shwoing “Last activity 2 hrs ago” but no reply.
  10. I’m sorry, I might have misunderstood you. Have you delivered via the Deliver Now button? Hi, yes i have… But i have did her work using files on server but in this case i have no files because i work online on server, so i forget attach requirements completed files in delivery, i know its against fiverr policy , next time i will be careful about it . I also receive warning that delivery must be contains files not empty.
  11. 😦 you right, another issue is client create orders of 5,10,20 without discussing the requirements and when we contact they not response, if they response some says sorry i place order by mistake, even if order worth is 100$ they place 10,20 then they said i want cancel.
  12. Yes you right, they take buyers side always,can i block her??? or this is against fiverr policy? I already have open ticket hope you they reply soon.

  14. After 90% work done and she change credetials of her website and FTP then how can i complete order even she have not provided requirements. After 90% work done she change credentials and said i want to cancel this order. Then how can i deliver 100% work when requirements was 90%and she change credentials???
