  1. Sorry, but what? You removed something we all loved. What was the reason of removing it? What was problem behind it? In previous forum design, we had something similar to the clubs and you removed that as well. I guess someone has a problem with people enjoying relaxing conversation that is not on main forum.
  2. This and only this should be rating. (Quality of Delivery) We can't control Fiverr fees, therefore "Value" in any type of rating is wrong. If buyer accepts "Custom order" or orders directly, they accepted the value of the gig and that is it. If they don't like prices, they wouldn't order. Why would be rating for that then? Recommended to a friend... Why this? Some buyers just orders once and only once on Fiverr as they need just one job done. Why would then need recommended to friend option? Seller communication level. In one hand that is fine, but if buyer orders straight forward gig, we deliver it within one hour for example, we didn't communicate enough? Check this for example. You go to the store, put what you want into the basket, go to the cashier, you buy things and your are gone. All communication was "Hello", "Do you need anything else" and "Bye"... When everything is clear, there doesn't need to be much communication as that is delaying delivery. Service as described. Why stars here? There should simple be Yes or No. There are too many things buyer needs to do after delivery and many of buyers are getting confused by it. Many doesn't leave a review because of it.
  3. When I think about it now, buyer might be confused about this with few reasons: 1. Value for money - buyer thinks price for order is too big. (interesting is that $5 orders have value for money option) 2. Value for money - buyer thinks price for order is too low and thinks we don't apricate our work. 3. Value for money - buyer thinks that less stars are better for this category. (like how much was price for the order where 5 stars is high price and 1 star is low price)
  4. Just got 3 stars for that category from repeated buyer... I just "love" new rating system. Interesting thing is that Fiverr forced us to raise prices in some categories (maybe even all, I don't know as I don't have gigs in all categories), but yet again, they added value for money part.
  5. I got the same thing not so long ago. And today I got 3 stars for the money for value part from long term client (not the first repeated buyer who rated me less then 5 stars for money for value).
  6. You can make response templates for most asked questions that you are getting in your inbox. For all other messages/questions, you need to answer yourself. Exactly Totally agree
  7. If I got robot message I wouldn’t bother with seller at all. I want to communicate with seller directly not with robot. If they can’t answer right away, they shouldn’t. I would rather wait for seller to answer my question instead of getting robot message
  8. Nobody wants robot messages. No wonder why Fiverr added “Prove that you aren’t robot” messages

  10. This is interesting actually. If you have all 5 stars all the time, and you get 1 less then 5 stars, shouldn’t overall rating for evaluation be 5 stars? At least it should work like that, but sometimes it doesn’t. Before I got 4 star review and my rating dropped to 4.9

  12. As other said already, it is really bad idea to send buyer requests like that. Also, no idea why you made same(or very similar) post that you did on Dec 17 You already got there many messages that are saying that you are doing this wrong, but I guess you didn’t listen at all
  13. Payment Clearance Period has nothing to do with chargebacks, as they can happen even after 14 days. Why Fiverr would check other websites? Also, you agreed to fiverr TOS when you came here, and there is clearly saying clearance period.
  14. Many people what are saying that they don’t get orders are the one who are new here. Orders will not magically come when you join. A lot of new sellers expect that and they think they will get orders right away when they join and they will get rich quickly…
  15. What do you think about client who requested revision with only this reply “I know you can do better”? And nothing else
