  1. Wow. It's strange how that post has pretty much no engagement whatsoever. Since, you've been experiencing the problem for a while, do you think we're losing real money here? It's obviously intentional. There is no reason why they cannot get a summation right. Ugh.
  2. So the Used for Purchases amount includes the price paid for promoted gigs? Boy, I just checked again, and there are missing $5.25 from my order page as well. Way to go, Fiverr. - sigh -
  3. Just to try and understand where the problem might be... Is there any chance you've bought any courses 5r Learn, paid for seller plus, or paid for clicks? Have you summed up all the order prices to make sure the Net Income amount is correct? I'm just another user on 5r. However, I believe, if you're able to direct the dev team to the exact problem. They might be able to resolve the issues. Hopefully. Otherwise, you can always raise the issue on social media. Xx
  4. They will have to pass on too many pros. We've had TRSs with less than 200 reviews. So... Not everyone is a graphic designer. Gig images mean nothing if what you're looking for has nothing to do with graphic. Remember, not every shiny object is gold. Just like the graphic, not everyone is a writer or native speaker. Many people use short description because most of their gig info is covered within their gig video. And addresses like sir, dear, etc are only a cultural trait. Nothing is going to change that! Not that big of a problem. You can always block them if they spam you. Regardless of the popular opinion, I don't mind buyers trying to negotiate. But yeah, come up with something better than bulk order or a promise for future work. XD It won't work all the time. Fiverr calculates average selling price. They may not want to ruin their stats for a test. Besides, test runs usually mean you do not trust them, which alone is enough of bad start for them to skip you. It's better to order only if and when you're 100% sure they can do the job. Otherwise, look for someone better. Also, at last, don't hire based on experience alone. Most of the established sellers aren't even aware of current trends. Many haven't updated their gigs since eons (including me). So do your due diligence. And order from someone who can offer what you need.
  5. Maybe, create a Paypal account and try that? If there is no issue with the bank, it's obviously due to stripe. So Paypal might just work. P.S. I'm only a fellow buyer+seller. So I can offer suggestions only. Try at your own risk. Xx
  6. Oh boy! CS has lately turned into bots/slaves with no regard to human situations. They will turn a blind eye to any problem that the sellers face as long as they can come up with any absurd response to penalize their account. In my opinion, Fiverr doesn’t want sellers to ever contact CS. It’s an overhead cost anyway. Back to your case – I’m just glad your completion rate didn’t fell under 90%. It probably won’t hurt you much in the long run. So I’m gonna write what I feel may have gone wrong in your case — Summary1. Never say you want to cancel the order – Do not make the decision to cancel the order by yourself. Always, in each and every condition, look like you want to keep the order. Of course, that doesn’t mean you have to work for free. Inform CS about the issue. Keep replying to the buyer (once in every 24 hours). And keep sending that damn upgrade request until either the CS or buyer decide to cancel the sh!t. 2. Don’t say everything. You don’t need to tell the whole story to the CS. Keep it short. Point out why the buyer is wrong, how his accusations are false, and how he doesn’t want to move forward. Paint them black if you can. If CS wants to dig in, they have access to all the communication anyway. It may not work always. But it did so in my case. For now., let’s just hope the right department does the right thing. 👀 Xx
  7. As if I make the same bread everyday!? Well, thanks a million for the mention. It’s midnight here so ignore the confusion between different rituals err… processes. Let’s begin. I’m a copywriter. Unlike the common grit around the world, my process begins at the very first eye-contact. If that works and they respond positively, I’d ask questions, expand expectations, set up new horizons, and repeat until they keep responding or consent to it. It’s also where I have to figure out the true decision makers. You can’t waste all the energy impressing the hottie when someone else gets to pull the strings. If it’s their client or customers, amazing. If it’s a client of the client, no worries. If it’s a boss, we’re dead meat. Anyway, once everything has been set up, the contracts are signed, and we get to hold hands, the process becomes quite simple… Sleep on it. Or read until I fall asleep.Wake up and write the first draftSleep some more. Or read until I fall asleep.Edit, edit, edit until every word gets changed, twice. Or until we hit the deadline.Submit and leave it on the client to figure out which part scares them the most.Read something funny. Either a business book or murder mystery.Go back to sleepThat’s pretty much it. It’s also where we change positions. Sometimes, they do come up with genuine problems or demands, but mostly, it’s questions like why I wanna put something where it doesn’t belong. To which I have to reply: It’s our business. We get to set the rules. And… time to sleep. P.S. Yeah, I know, 95% of my process ends before the bullet points begin. Xx
  8. Well, chocolates. Maybe, some cake. And extra long sleep. Xx
  9. Interesting because I don’t seem to find it anywhere. Nothing in the ToS either.
  10. What is the BYOB feature? I have never heard of it before. Also, wish you a belated Happy Birthday!! 🍰
  11. Well, I was one of the very firsts to respond in this thread, and I haven’t received it yet. So, nope, not for everyone as of yet. My #1 problem as of now is getting clicks. Like, for paid promotions, I have received only 6 clicks out of 400 impressions, and the CPC is at 0.56. I’m at the verge of hiring someone to create the gig images for me, but not sure if that’s legal anymore. #2 is about targeting the right buyer segment. I gotta think more about it, but something just doesn’t feel right. I hope we get to know more of that framework tomorrow… 👀
  12. but it makes no sense. The TOS of the system is invites only, but how is that fair to everyone on the platform if an invite is initiated on the forum? We know that there are millions of Fiverr users from 0 to PRO that never visit the forum. So this is invite-only and active forum users only. Also, this was posted 6h ago. Even if you are on the forum and active you have to stop everything, read all the TOS of this new service, and then reply here. Jumping in fire just because someone promised there are diamonds inside is … So basically I should type “Sign me up” first, and then check all the details later. What if this is bad for you and your profile? What if you get benefits only for the duration of your participation in the system and if you sign up they “kill” your profile? There is like 1000 question marks here, starting from being paid to be Rising talent. When they start something new, they certainly want some guinea pigs or lab rats to test it on… Regardless of however they pick, it will be unfair to the majority. Plus there are still about 70 replies only, so, sign me up!!
  13. I’m sorry if it has been asked already. Who are these success managers? Are they Fiverr employees or experienced sellers? Have they worked in a freelance setting, ever? How are they connected with Fiverr? For the complains regarding trust badges, this is from their support page:
  14. Fair enough… :man_facepalming:
  15. Okay… They once again left me out of their try this new feature thingy. ⚓
  16. Hey, You sound like an amazing person. The best way to pull this off would be to contact the customer support. They can cancel the order for you as well as guide the buyer regarding partial refund. Regardless of whatever happens, don’t let this ONE setback get you. Keep up the great work. xX
  17. You do realize we’re talking a 100KB extension? Something you can install and setup within a few clicks and forget forever? 👼
  18. Seeing dark mode is so important to you… Just download that external extension. It will enable dark mode on the whole internet or the websites you choose. What’s so problematic about it?
  19. Wow. That’s remarkable, Andrew. I just had a look at your profile, and I must say, it’s amazing. Though, I have a few questions if you don’t mind… Do you work alone or do you have a team working for you? How many people?Do you do any marketing outside of Fiverr?Do you have an income stream that does NOT rely on Fiverr?Once again, thanks a million for sharing your story and wisdom. I cannot help but feel inspired and wish you more of that success in future. ✨
  20. Woohoo… Congratulations, @vibronx. That’s a fantastic news. You’re one of the few super-professional people I admire on this forum. Keep up the great work!! 👼
  21. 👀 Hopefully that makes sense!
