    I had a situation recently with a client, and the best possible way out of the situation was to give a partial refund. but this feature is yet to be available. Leaving me with either canceling the whole order or just going ahead to finishing the order. I am glad me and my client was able to reach a mutual resolution. That been said, I think fiverr needs to look into having a refund feature.
