    Well, I assume 2 reasons:

    1. Zoom is not free, fiverr uses a lot of cloud storage to save all meetings on the platform price is probably huge, so 20% of $5 order can't cover up that storage.
    2. A lot of new sellers don't care about the Fiverr profile they will rather try to pull buyers out of the platform to save that 20% fee and with that violating Fiverr TOS,

  3. Let's try to be transparent (my personal experience)

    At the beginning of this tool, it was on 🔥 with only 30 Logos you could earn between $700-$800

    Sounds promising?

    A few months later 70 Logos and you earning between $100-$200/mo 

    So let's say that you have a maximum capacity of 1000 logos which is $1000-$2000/mo let's say in the best possible scenario double and it will go down📉

    • Sellers can always leave a response to reviews, both for completed and canceled orders. 
    • Please remember, not all canceled orders will result in a review as not all buyers choose to leave feedback.
    • We lowered the rating score threshold from 4.7 to 4.2 to help sellers better maintain their levels.

     

    Now, let's address some specific questions you posted:
    1. If a canceled order is over 14 days old, the buyer won't be able to leave a review on the order?  
    That’s right, reviews for canceled orders must be posted within 14 days. After this time, there will no longer be an option to leave a review.


    2. First-time buyers can't review a canceled order at all or are they just excluded from the rule?
    First-time buyers, which means buyers who purchase on Fiver for the first time, will not have the option to leave a review for a canceled order. 

    3. Is it a manual process or does the system determine what's eligible for a review or not? 
    It is not manual. Buyers can leave reviews for canceled orders in cases of lateness, unresponsiveness (even if a delivery was provided). This doesn’t include orders placed by mistake or by first-time buyers. Sellers who are buyers are not eligible to leave reviews.

    4. Is there any indication in the ratings that they are from canceled orders?
    Yes, reviews for canceled orders will be marked with a relevant tag.

    5. What is considered an unsatisfactory delivery?
    Unsatisfactory deliveries vary, so it really depends on the specific case. Our customer support team is here to help if you have questions about deliveries.

    6. Can a random seller try to abuse this system to give you a bad review?
    No. We will block these reviews, and we’ll treat such bad behavior on our platform with the appropriate means.

    7. What does ‘unresponsiveness’ mean? 
    A seller who fails to respond for 24 hours (or even longer for orders with a very long delivery time) is deemed “unresponsive” and may be subject to reviews on canceled orders.

    And, let's say that you are not offering refund in your gig, client can contact support and you will cancel the order lighting fast even the order is fully delivered. Will the buyer be able to leave review?

  5. Relax, people. We all know this is extremely unfair; however, it will have the same effect on everyone.😿


    Lets make calculation:

    • 50% of canceled orders will most likely be negative reviewed 
    • If you have 10% cancelations of 100 orders that is approximate 5 negative reviews

      The best way to avoid receiving negative reviews is to offer a money-back guarantee. However, this approach can have negative effects on various aspects of your work, including revenue and potential abuse of services, among others.

     

    I still hope that Fiverr will reconsider this update.

    didn't you said few hours ago "We didn’t start with the new tier take rate just yet, the screenshot you sent shows a discounted upgrade from Essential to Unlimited. The new take rate model is set to start March 1st."

    If AI can't recognise that you are looking specifically for lets say "bird" logo and instead offering 80%  totally missed concepts, showing cats, dogs, paws, even roofs, houses, clouds and letters that means AI accuracy and functionality is really low. Maybe just maybe adding more filters would help with solving this issue. 

    But that is not the worst case, the main problem is part where AI prefer to show logos with bigger scores, thats why logos we added 6mo ago have 80-90% less monthly sales then older logos

    TBH i have tested ALOT logo makers, worked for one of biggest tools on market and even trying to build my own and i never experience better builder and worst search

  9. 1. Looks like fiverr already using started  New tier-based earnings model 

    There are no any visual indicators how tier works or what tier you are atm, also as per original post "The new tier-based earnings model will take effect on March 1st, 2023.
    With over 450 sales based on 55 uploaded logos, TRS with 30 000 finished im Entry-level designer 🤢 earning $6 per logo 🤮 ($30 package)

    2. Logo maker using just terrible A.I. technology, you can simply test it yourself, let's say you upload bird logo with strongly targeting keyword "BIRD" Once you try to find your logo trying to target that same keyword you will probably get 85% of results totally unrelated to what you search and with big possibly that your logo won't even be displayed as there are limited of logos displayed. This "A.I." search work by giving score based on few parameters, industry and that is just ridiculous, searching for animal and get resolut of construction or car 🦄 or whatever have better score. Also simply making KEYWORD > CATEGORY will make big change

    3. Lets say, you don't like anything you searched for, it shows limited number of mostly unrelated logos but if you wanna change keyword or industry you must go all way back to start to search again. Why not using normal search with categories and keywords on side as well as showing bigger amount of logos... This is just terrible UX

  10. Honestly we made more deep research and this AI is terrible for tool like this, it can't do some basic things and recognize what you are searching for. Not showing related logos but showing something totally unrelated like real estate logos in food industry...

    I believe fiverr using exact same AI tool in fiverr services search where it works great as you get results based on multiple calculations. More you sell better numbers you get and algorithm push you on top. That's why everything new we upload can't get any sales 

    Lets be realistic you can't change that at this point, however you can improve this tool a lot by just make team who will do manual checking uploads.

  11. Honestly this search doesn't work well i have shared this issue with support month ago...

    Also new published logos are almost impossible to find in with this weird search algorithm where search results have some sort of score and logos who are bought most are on top in irrelevant categories 🤪

  12. I have been on fiverr since 2014, and this is probably most annoying thing on the platform.
    Whenever you sent an custom offer on active order, there is a risk that buyer will not accept the order that or next day and your order will automatically go in LATE, for more details please check image..image.thumb.png.2acea8709ddd6e4aafe30392424980bf.png situation always use

  13. There is absolutely nothing you can do about that, i have 15 000 reviews and i see that some people who have 3.7 rating with my gig image copied are better ranked then my gigs 📉

    Fiverr algorithm is now random you can have perfect performance and there is always a chance algorithm can drop all your gigs on the last page.

    Happened to me 2x in the last 50 days…

  14. Can we activate OOO, if we have a running order? What happens to the active orders when you are out of office? Can we contact our buyers during this time?

    Sure you can activate it anytime, orders stay and you have to complete them before regular deadline. And yes you can contact buyers normaly.

  15. i activate OOO because i was overbooked

    Then I do not understand. oOO is not to be used for this purpose. For that we have limit the number of orders. oOO means to Fiverr you are not available to work, at all.

    In 2014 you had 29-50000 designers in competition, today you have over 180000. There are no second chances in logo design today on Fiverr. You drop the ball once and it is going to collapse majorly.

    I am actually thinking of deleting both of my logo gigs since that section is going bananas.

    Acutely there is an option in OOO for “overbooked”, every time i used OOO in past gigs stays stable and this time is different, i think they change something in the algorithm in last update

  16. Went on a cruise and activated OOO for 8 days. What I did before my vacation was add my returning clients and new potential clients who all inquired about having work done, to my personal queue. When I returned and went back online, I hit them up and told them I was ready to work. I got 3 orders within a couple days which helped get me back on track.

    We are not on same road, i activate OOO because i was overbooked with orders, just wanted to mention how hard it can affect on gig position in search.

    If you are out of office there is no point to Fiverr to show your gigs to anyone.

    Once you are back it will take some time to get the ranking but it will happen eventually.

    Most of the sellers who used OOO claim it took some time to get same level, but it went back for all.

    Marina, i’m TRS since 2014 i know how it works, still droping in sales for 95% for 2 days OOF is ridiculous.

    After only 2 days activating Out of Office, my sales on all gigs dropped by 95%, btw im a top-rated seller with more than 16 500 Reviews…

    So this is just one big warning to everyone

    Does Out of Office affect my Gig ranking?
    Depends, the longer the duration you are not active, the higher the chances for your Gigs to lose ranking, as they are not performing like other Gigs."

    Anyone had a similar experience?
