  1. As @vickieito said, if you are getting impressions that means you are in search result and people can see your gig.. But if you are not having any impressions for more that a 4-5 days then its matter of concern and you should talk to fiverr customer support.. Almost like 4 years ago couple of my gigs had same issue and I wasnt having any impressions and neither my gigs were in search result and later fiverr CS said that somehow my gig we not in index and I was not in the search result. Later they restored my gigs and everything was good.. Although I keep searching my self in search result every week or so to check my gig position and competitors so I would say its good practice to keep checking your gig with different words in search result !
  2. There is no way to edit or remove reviews after it has been posted.. What your buyer can do is to contact fiverr support and explain the whole situation and they will help him.. Discussing reviews or rating with your buyer may drag you in trouble so try avoid those kind of discussions.
  3. Try to make some changes to your gig tagline and seo words we dont know how fiverr statem matches gig but I am sure well made gigs will surely bring you some good brief.
  4. Simply send a video through order page or if order is completed already then send it through inbox.. there isnt any issue or problem with that !
  5. Yes ! single internet connection can use multiple fiverr account there is no issue with that..
  6. I dont know why do you want to increase gig impressions, I would rather focus on how to increase orders ! So even if your gig has very low impression and you capture buyers attention from brief, you will have your order and thats the ultimately goal of every seller..not increasing gig impressions.
  7. I dont know if fiverr alllow some sellers to always have video call feature I always have see that if BUYER is VID, business buyer or fiverr select ! But if thats the case that fiverr had particularly allow you for that camera icons then you should again talk to them and ask to restore the same! ( I still think that there is nothing like allowing particular seller with a video call functionality )
  8. My impression went to zero many time yes ! That happened to me as well.. They always keep working on some kind of updates that probably making things harder for some of the sellers !
  9. Camera icon is not available for all the buyers.. Fiverr only have this functionality available for VID or business buyers. So if your current buyer isnt any of them then you do not have a camera icon there..
  10. Rather than reporting the gig I would suggest to immediately reach out to fiverr CS with link to that gig and yours.. Reported gig may take long time and some time never removed and neither you get any update about what's going on, Here seller copied your gig so you should at least get updates what happening.
  11. I am facing the same thing ..I am on the same boat.. I am well established Top rated and part of seller plus promoting my gigs too ! All of my gigs are in search result and all of them are on first page, I keep receiving orders on regular bases but some how from last month all of my gig started showing less impressions and clicks than earlier and receiving very few order.. We would never know what's this all about but yes there are people who do have that complain !

  13. Can you elaborate this please? So you mean Activities on forum Ranks the gig ? Even though Mjensen said no ? So getting order from forum is result of being here on forum I accept, But ranking gig is result of getting Order..you know what I mean ? you can have Order from anywhere, Facebook , Instagram, Linked anywhere doesn't mean Activities on that platform affects fiverr GIG ranking ! I hope that makes it little clear !
  14. Thanks for sharing it ! can you please help me understand how can I stay online for 24 hours ? As you said, “Try to stay online 24 hours.” I did it earlier but eventually I fell asleep and I was offline again🥺 Or you meant 24 hours a week or month ?

One the best I believe is not to rush to take the job ! - Take a time to understand the job - Check if that fits to your skills - If the Buyer him self understand what he wants and how it would be rendered ? - If the new job would adjust with your current schedule ? - Would that job pay you enough for the efforts you will put in it ? And there may be more but these are the one I got in my mind for now 😄 So do not just rush to inbox and say Yes I can do it - I will do it in 24 hours - please place the order ! But take your time and later start the project !
  16. Why don't you just start creating it your self and check what happens ? when they stops you ? what they says to you ? If you experience it your self, you'll know it better !
  17. Honestly Its hard to read and you could use better colors and fonts ! It looks more like PPT slide to me !
  18. I guess CS agent who replied to your ticket may not have a good knowledge of fiverr system ! Earlier this was the case with me but now I am able to send custom offers and buyers are able to accept it even though my OOO mode is on… My OOO mode is still on and I shared custom offer to one of my old buyer yesterday and she could accept it… So functionality is still there but few accounts may run with bugs !

Indian government has already imposed section 192-O that covers all freelancing platforms under tax, Fiverr gave us time to add information and I guess its over…so they started deducting tax from their side… Now if you have not added PAN number you may not be able to reclaim TDS untill you add that., Better you add PAN to your fiverr account so they can credit taxed amount there !
  20. You or many of us do not like that option but fiverr is a business and they are here for the same reason that you have ! MONEY ! So you may not like it but they do !
  21. I think this is happening to different sellers on differ time, Mine is already solved or may be it’s back again but I am not vacation mode any more ! Its annoying when you don’t want more orders and you still get one ! May be try to schedule your exact time with buyer and ask him to accept your custom offer in a second and close it again !
  22. Go to Setting - > Billing information and scroll down ! You’ll see it there !
