  1. Fiverr is asking to add PAN details under billing information, its not compulsory now but they would probably make it compulsory soon ! You should have added PAN and your friend has not !

  3. Just to update you all, Seems like issue has been solved and one of my buyer was able to accept custom offer now even my vacation mode is still on ! @miiila !
  4. It must be TAX DEDUCTION AT SOURCE ! Fiverr has started following Indian tax regulations from December as I know and they are deducting TDS from every order… Check out your earning tab and you will see " TDS under 194-O" and what they have deducted so far !

  6. The whole idea of vacation mode is that buyers can’t place an order! Right ! But custom offer was always working… Its like buyer can’t directly place order from gig and your gigs would stop showing up in result , There’s still a checkbox that says Enable new buyers to contact me. !

  8. It may sound a weird but I recently experienced this twice ! I am on vacation mode but my old buyer wants me to work on his project and I got space for him… Now I am sending him custom offer and he said continue button is disable ! I already shared many custom offers to buyers while I am on vacation and they could accept it but don’t know why it’s happening now… It’s second time a buyer complaining about disable continue buttons, Is it happening after any update?

  11. I have same issues, my gig was first page and suddenly it disappeared and my gig isn’t even indexed in fiverr search. I have submitted ticket but i didn’t get human response from fiverr CS. So how can i fix it 😥 There is nothing we can do our self…you have to wait for fiver CS person to re index it…
  12. Your gig may still show you active but some time they are actually not… Did you try using filters to see if your gig is there ? Try multiple filters like - your level - Online - language etc and you may find your gig ! If you don’t… Go to link that @purplecgraphics gave you and open ticket to CS - ask to reindex your gig, that will make your gig available back to result !

  14. I was recently on OOO mode for a month !! From 1st of August to 31 Aug, and when I was back Inquires started coming my ways again in just couple of days ! here is what I did, i kept working on very small orders that I could handle in 20-30 minutes , and I kept doing it for like 10 days , later I accepted couple of large orders with long dead line from my old clients and stop accepting others ! My gigs went down with 0 impressions YES ! but when I came back on 31 AUG, there was no difference ! I started receiving orders again…Next day I search my gig on first page 1st place again… So yes, I think its totally fine to go for OOO mode !

  16. Yes ! Its not they are banning only on IP…but its one of the aspect ! People may own laptop and computer too…and can keep open both account same time…so very first step toward this investigation can be - being on same location and offering same services… I guess they wont bann it directly, but this may be clue where whole investigation starts…

Fiverr must be accessing out location, they know where we are…and No single email can be registered for different fiverr acount, so there is something from what fiverr know its same person accessing multiple accounts…or more like suspecting that 1 person accessing that accounts…we have case where accounts are banned with that reason…

I dont know if fiverr immediately catches just after a second of sharing connection…but when they smell something fishy , more like keep sharing same wi fi / IPs regularly…offering same services being online same time…they may take actions, otherwise there is no way fiverr would know if I am using more than one account…I can create many account and start sharing my family member’s identity who even dont know about fiverr…
  19. Don’t ! If both of you are working in same field, use 1 account for both of you… When you are offering similar services and using same location it would be trouble…and one or both of your account can get banned !
  20. If you delivered order on time, and buyer asked any revision after ! that will not affect your delivery time ! Now this is weird ! if you dont have any new order and you didnt deliver anything to anyone , your delivery time should not drop !
  21. I never try to inure about this but I just recall that I have same thread in my inbox…😃 now I wonder whats that ? Buyer contacted me and I asked some questions regarding job, then he rudely replied that he didn’t rewarded me job yet and has sent message to many other… I gently said I was just asking because he wrote price before starting message…so he replied he will give this job to any one but not me because I answered his last message that way 😃 Later I wish him best luck and stop talking and now I can see his chat saying -“buyer is not accepting messages at this time”… I can see his profile though 😕
