  1. You can use Pinterest, graphicriver, Behance, dribble, and google image search for color inspiration. Search the type of logo you want to create and see what color other designers use. You can use the Colorzilla Chrome extension as a color picker tool. This way you will find the trend and also the right color for design. Sometimes clients don't have any clear idea what they really want so if you can explain why you used a specific color they will understand.

  2. Same problem happened to me. My gig has the most ratting in my working category. My gig rank dropped first page to last page. It’s become a regular issue in fiverr. They are experimenting lot’s of things which making the site less user friendly.

My suggestion is don’t edit your gig, Be active and try to response your client very quickly, deliver on time. I think it will be on the first place again. Pray for the best.

73% for me. I did improve from 62% a year or two ago. It all depends on the type of service you offer I guess.

Till now you are the most dominated seller. Let’s see who beat you. North Korea is a type of country who don’t care anything.

18% here, video production. Top 3 are USA, UK and Canada.

Your works are amazing. As your service price is above 500$, it’s most popular in USA, UK and Canada. I saw many country clients not interested in the higher budget project. They come here for a cheap price. Your pricing separate cheap clients. Which is good for business.

Interesting idea - who will be the first to sell a gig to space, like for the international space station? That’s another level of domination.

Hhahahah We need a client from NASA. People will go to mars and we will work for them from home. What an idea.

  4. I’m still on the newer end (been Fiverr-ing for a little over 3 months) and my domination is at 3%. Only 1 country has had 1 order, another 5 have 2 orders (mostly repeating clients) and the U.S. has had the largest amount of my orders. Definitely Fiverr is the most popular there. I think it’s super fun to keep track of.

I get excited when I get clients from countries that I

    1. Have not had an order from yet, and
    2. Have not been too.

I would love to dominate 100% of the world…

Good luck. I wish you will dominate 100% of the world.

  5. You CAN’T customize the portfolio to only show the sales you want buyers to see. I was explaining why that is.

I think you have not understood how the Portfolio system works even after all these messages. All the other people connected in this topic have already understood how they can include or exclude a project in the portfolio.

The person asking this question has already got his answer. So, I think we can close this topic.

    Thank you.

  6. Because bias and ethics are the reasons why Fiverr won’t change these things, which you both don’t want to accept and are choosing to be hostile to me instead.

I used those words because that’s what it is. It isn’t an insult. It’s reality.

Being angry at me for explaining why things are the way they are will not fix your problems.

The problem is that you didn’t understand what he wanted to know at all. He didn’t ask for all these negative replies or explanation on what Fiverr won’t do. He wanted to get tips on how he can customize the portfolio. I have already cleared his confusion on this subject above.

So, I think now we can stop and get back to work.

    Thanks.

  7. I flagged them because they are off topic, which goes against the terms of this forum and there is an option to flag them for that.

    So yes, that is rational.

He just asked for a simple tips. But you brought words like unethical, bias etc. Every post doesn’t need negative perspective. Many people post here for tips ( for example, this post was asking for tips ) and positive replies not negative replies.

    Thank you.

  8. Yes I’m talking about ethics.

Because Fiverr isn’t going to do something inherently unethical and, as I explained, a biased live portfolio isn’t going to help you fix your issues.

Fiverr isn’t going to let you override the whole point of Live Portfolio and their ToS to suit your bias.

All I did was explain why things are the way they are and how to deal with your issues. I tried to tell help you and this is how your respond. Wow.

@imrul334 I tell things as they are instead of what people want to hear. I contradict myths and unethical ideas. Unfortunately those are abundant here.

Everything I’ve said here is rational logic about how things work. The only reason it is offending you two and making you hostile is because you don’t want to hear it. It contradicts your goals. I am not insulting anyone. I’m explaining things as they are and why they are. That shouldn’t prompt defensiveness. Rational debate shouldn’t offend you.

You are saying about “Rational debate” but flagging replies. That says it all.

@audioboon There is one tip that you can follow. If you want to add a specific work as a portfolio in your gig, then deliver the project by uploading your audio file( maybe mp3 format will work correctly ). But if you don’t want to show a specific project as your live portfolio, then deliver the file by compressing it as a zip file and attach in the delivery.

This is the way I manage the portfolios to show on my gig.

    Thank you.
