  7. So, I've thankfully had quite a few good ratings recently with no negative experiences yet today I went from a 5.0 rating to a 4.9 rating......what happened? I'm genuinely confused. Fiverr, please, I don't have the stamina to keep up with your mood swings anymore.
  8. Bud, any seller that's been on Fiverr for almost a decade pretty much has a 9-10 success score. There's a reason why most of these sellers have lasted this long.
  9. Ever since the review system got revamped, buyers have been rating way fewer orders for me. I'm currently going through my longest no-review streak. 😐 The review system needs to be simplified not made into more of a chore with every update.

  13. Yikes, that tip is the icing on this messed-up cake. How can someone justify a 3-star rating on "value for money" and then have the foresight to leave that exact person a tip?
  14. Alright peeps, I know these are very troubled times but remember Kesha is just another clog in the machine. Go a little easy on her. That said, I'll be praying that I don't get any challenging customers until the new system gets ironed out because that's all I can do in this situation.
  15. You really should email your success manager directly rather than set up a call. As a TRS seller, I know how you feel right now mate. This really isn't a good position to be in. The mental strain alone makes this feel like a nightmare.
  16. Hey, I wouldn't worry about this. I had 5 scam orders canceled on the same day with the same message. They didn't show up on my metrics. Have a some tea and forget about this.

Instead, there will be an additional review to evaluate your eligibility to maintain Top Rated status." You have my best wishes for whatever it's worth. It would be a straight up injustice if you got demoted from TRS for some arbitrary reason that you had no knowledge of before today.
  18. You have my sword and my bow and my axe but the pitchfork is with the blacksmith getting primed for the eventual fallout. This new system is prime for scams and strong-arming sellers. I'm on the hook for a cancellation right now since the buyer wants to get on call but is conveniently only available for 30 minutes a day at 3 am at night. Little do they know, I never grew out of my college sleep cycle.
  19. Everyone needs to calm down a bit and focus on sharing constructive criticism rather than go all Incognito Inc. I would advise everyone to keep personal stories to a minimum and provide "constructive criticism". I would prefer if the new review changes didn't happen but I'd also be happy if they extended the range by another year or two since taking in reviews from only the last 2 years into account seems a bit much. @Kesha hopefully, we'll hear more about what's in the oven sooner rather than later. Thank you.
  20. Is it just me or is this starting to feel like a bit much, eh? As a seller who's been on the platform for almost a decade now, this seems like something targeted towards invalidating all the time and effort I've put into building up my online business here.
  21. Hi there, the buyer should be able to use the coupon on any order including custom and orders directly from the gig page. It should get applied automatically.
  22. One more thing I'd like to add is that fewer buyers are "choosing" to leave a review now. I've had multiple buyers over the last week who ordered my services again without actually leaving a review behind. For me, this transition is definitely a wait-and-see experience since no one can accurately predict the fallout it'll have.
  23. Hey there, no amount of "SEO" will help unless you take the initiative and start putting yourself out there. If you're launching a new gig then maybe polish up your pitch? Get professionally done images? There's much more but I'd recommend you start doing you own research at this point. If you stay idle then "orders" just won't start coming to you on their own especially when you're starting out.
