On October I had to face the same issue due to promoted gig feature and I got notification from fiverr "some of your gigs cannot be promoted anymore" then all my impression, click drastically down. After few days I got again this feature and then after 1 day Fiverr system disable, this thing happened few more times with me.
Then I turn off promoted gig and try to get order 5 to 10 from repeated buyers.
On 2January 2022 I got my position back and notification from fiverr "Headsup you are not promoting any gig. Promote your gig" but I will not promote it again for sure.
