It is a daunting experience visiting the forum for the first time and new users feel nervous about "entering a crowded room alone"
That is how I felt when I first joined the forum and my clumsy attempt at my first post was instantly recognized by "Fonthaunt" the forum moderator. She used her ability to make me feel welcome even though I had messed the whole thing up.
I have never forgotten this and had she not made me feel welcome I would not be here today.
That is a fact.

Chargebacks
Fiverr reviews cases of payment provider chargebacks and disputes on behalf of Sellers. Although results vary per case due to each chargeback reason, we work hard on resolving disputes in the Seller’s favor. If the chargeback case allows, Fiverr (or one of Fiverr’s Payment Services Providers) will return parts or full revenue back to Sellers, otherwise the chargeback amount will be borne by the Seller.

The account is partially disabled.
The customer, either buyer or seller, can access the account, withdraw funds, complete ongoing orders, and review their order history. They cannot place or receive new orders, nor can they communicate with other customers through inbox messages. seller's Gigs will not show on the marketplace, and buyers will not be able to place new orders. Once an account is temporarily disabled, the customer needs to wait for the trial period (which can take upwards of 90 days) to be completed—to know if the account will be restored or permanently disabled.
Customer Support can neither influence the result of this review nor can they update the customer on the review's end date.You will have to wait for the outcome of the review.

You have just broken the Terms of Service by creating another account.
It will only be a matter of time before this account is disabled also.
