  1. Support responded quite quickly and we got everything sorted out without my ratings being affected.. Thanks to all the comments on the Forum for helping in this situation, as there was lot to process in a short amount of time.
  2. Thanks I thought it odd as I saw the profile live earlier in the day, perhaps I also searched in the sellers area instead of the buyers area. All a big learning curve and so I don't mind making mistakes, because that is how I learn. I went to the Twitter profile called FiverrSupport for support and they have not been active since 2021, perhaps it is still worth a shot though. Thanks for your help.
  3. I have used the address in the search bar and then there is a second option to search the user name and then it cannot be found, but I will take your advice on the Twitter account contact.
  4. Username does not exist!! Anyway I contacted support, but they cannot respond in less than 12 hours and so I initiated a cancellation and hopefully I passed the test and I can move on to serving proper customers.
  5. I have a buyer that has not provided all the order details and has now gone unresponsive. It feels like it is a test from Fiverr to see how I handle this situation and I don't believe that it is a genuine order. What is the best approach as I can't deliver the work without instructions.
  6. My entire Gig was copied by another user. He stole the Gig image and just replaced my photo with his and copy and pasted all of my offer, including pricing. Some people have no original thoughts of their own. The event was reported, so it will be interesting to see how Fiverr handles it.
  7. For many people that have English as a second language, then their expression is a function of the education they received. But you know what, they can usually express themselves better in English than I can in Chinese, or Thai, so don't be too negative on them. If someone comes to me with an order and I can understand what is required, then I will fulfill it; poor grammer or not.
  8. Thanks for that reply, I am still assessing different packages of services at the moment. Google provides local businesses with a free profile to promote themselves and there is fierce competition to get to the top of the search rankings. Most small businesses find it challenging to deal with optimising the business profile and need some help. If you have ever searched for "dentist near me", "emergency plumber near me", in Google, then you will see the GMBs listed either first, or below the paid Ads.
  9. The default of course for ladies would be Ma'am and unless it is a cut and paste response then you should be addressed appropriately, otherwise you can be rightly indignant. My pet peeve is "wanna"; enough said.
  10. To the Experts: My Gig is to provide Update posting packages for GMB owners, but I also offer GMB listing audits and other monthly tracking services inside there. My question is, "should I create additional Gigs for the range of services"? or just keep all the services in the one Gig? What is the best way?
  11. Communication is very important for the online marketplace as you state, but I do love being call "Sir" in communications. It is a very Philippine way of talking and makes me feel so important. I love it.
