  1. I’m getting this message in Buyers Request. I need to find out how to fix this. I’ve only had like 3 jobs so far 2 of which have gone very well and I have got apparently good reviews. I look on the analytics page and I’m seeing good numbers except for response rate. All my jobs have gone well except for my last or 3rd job which had some difficulty primarily due to communication issues. Client would often take 30 to 40 hours to respond to any communication. In any event I got paid but client left a low rating. So now I get this message on the Buyer Request page. Obviously with only 3 jobs it doesn’t take much to fall below 90%. I need to find out how to get past this. If I can’t make any more offers how can I raise my percentage of positive rating? Also is there a place to see customer reviews and ratings for each job I’ve done. Like I said Analytics shows me good numbers except for response rate everything else is solid green.
  2. OK I think I may have it working… Not entirely sure. I apparently sorted out the Paypal thing. I hope. I got an email telling me I had associated a Paypall account o my email. So does available money automatically transfer to my Paypall account or do I have to do something to make it transfer?
  3. Yes that’s where I am. the only thing I see is on the left side of the page it says “withdraw” which offers 3 buttons; Paypal, Fiverr revenue card, and Direct deposit. I wen’t through the direct deposit about 7 + times before I finely completed it There was never anything about transferring money. So I then went to the Paypal option. Still never saw anything about transferring money and nothing has showed up in my Paypal account, Surely there is something I’m missing. Some magic handshake or something. I don’t see it. Is it disguised as something else?
  4. I finally have money in my account WooHoo. I’ve setup a direct deposit and a Paypal method but I’m not seeing a way to transfer the money. What am I missing? From what I am seeing it looks as though I still have to manually transfer the money from my Fiverr account. But I don’t see a way to do that.
  5. Hmm… I guess you’re right. I spend a lot of time on the web but most of the security questions I come across have questions like “What was your mother’s maiden name” or who was your best friend in high school or grade school", “What was the name of your grade / high school”, What was your first car." but these were just ridicules. So anyway I’m getting the idea there’s no way to change the question. As I noted I was on about my 7th attempt trying to get the direct deposit set up and on one occasion I did see a question that I at least had an answer for. It seems there are a different set of questions each time. I just though maybe someone at Fiverr would like to be aware of this sort of thing as It certainly impacts the work ability of their web site / business. Anyway have a good day.
  6. OK, no doubt I’m missing something really obvious but I’m not seeing a way to transfer funds. I went through the direct deposit setup and it has me on hold for some unspecified amount of time, Probably nothing much . So in the mean time I went to the Paypal option hoping I could expedite things. But further exploring seems to suggest that I need to transfer the funds. I don’t see a way to do that. What am I missing/
  7. OK This is borderline intentional stupidity. ( Just had to delete about 200 words of my Irate tirade). It ook me at least 7 attempts to set up my direct deposit. I Guess I need to know how to go back in and change the security question I used when I was setting up my direct deposit account. The choice of questions was the stupiest thing I have ever seen… What is my fathers’ birthday? Really??? Can 1 in a 1000 people answer that question? What was my favorite collage professor’s name? You won’t believe this; I didn’t go to collage. Every question I was offered was equally as stupid and useless. ************************************************************************** it wasn’t going allow me to complete the form if I didn’t pick one of the inane questions it was offering me Needless to say if I am ever to have need of any of this info it’s going to be totally useless to me because I’ll have no idea what it’s asking for. Is there anyone sane working at Fiverr? Can I change this security question. I’ve already got an hour and a 1/2 into this operation.   9. For some reason I started getting txt messages from Fiverr today. They are sending me verification codes. Why is this happening. I’m on Fiverr every day most of the day and I haven’t seen anything that looks like a flag or something. The message reads "Your Fiverr verification code is 1234" Obviously that’s not the actual number, but I have no clue what this is about. So equally as obvious I’m not going to do anything about it such as act on it in any way. Can anyone tell me what this might be?

  12. I understand that . What I was hoping to find is someplace that showed the status of the funds. You know? something like; you have 3 more days till these funds are available. or something of the sort. Maybe even these funds are pending 2 more days ??? Anything???
  13. Ok, this question stems from me being new to the platform. I’m thinking it should be about time for my money to show up in my Paypal account. it’s not there so I’m looking for how to track what’s happening with the money. Of course it could just be me being too hasty, Can anyone help me with this?
  14. I checked my inbox this morning and I had a response from a buyer Request I had sent some days ago. But I cant find the original offer in Sent Offers. i’m searching in my Sent Offers for the name on the message in my inbox but i’m not finding it. Are there more sent offers I’m not seeing? The message in my inbox has my original response to the buyer and the original request. But I can’t find the price I offered originally. I don’t know what to charge. I need to find the price I offered the buyer some days ago… I don’t know how many days ago

I have a job that has grown beyond its original scope and I need to figure out how to get paid for the original beginning part of the job at this point I am going to have to expand the job over what it began as. The client originally started the job as a Buyers Request using one of my gigs to start the job. After starting the job it soon became clear that the size and scope of the job was far beyond what was originally contracted for. So I need to get paid for the initial part of the job and then do the rest of the job as ad ons. Is there a way to do this?
