Simply keeping your profile online won’t be beneficial if you can’t respond to your buyers immediately while your status is online. Never use an auto-refresh extension, as it could result in your account being banned. Make sure to have the Fiverr app installed on your phone and keep the notifications enabled. This should be sufficient for your needs.
  2. Only Fiverr support has the authority to reinstate your account. I have also had experiences where some buyers cancelled the order even after hours of work on their project. However, if the buyer isn’t cooperative, it’s important to remain calm. Anger can lead us to act in ways that don’t truly represent us. Fiverr, along with all other marketplaces, expects us, as sellers, to communicate politely and professionally with everyone.

  24. I remain active on Fiverr for as long as I am awake. To elaborate, I check my Fiverr app once or twice every hour for new messages. If there are any new messages, I respond to prospective clients. I don’t use any auto-refreshers to maintain activity on the Fiverr website, as it’s not practically possible to stay online 24/7. Suppose a client sees you as active but you’re not responding, they might choose not to place their order and opt for someone else instead.
