  1. I'm just curious about this glitch that has been happening over the past couple months every time I withdraw the money I made on fiverr there will always be one penny that didn't withdraw, anyone else experiencing this glitch?
  2. Well I just got a response from fiverr was kinda generic basically just info on managing my payout methods, I reached out to payoneer and they said to contact fiverr so... I guess I just have to wait it out, its been like 48hrs so far I hope this isn't a major issue.
  3. Ok yeah that's what it normally takes for me to, I'm just wondering if I should contact support about this cause it does seem strange.
  4. Hello just wanted to ask a question, I've made a withdrawal 24hrs ago and it's still processing, I really don't want to bother the fiverr help team but is anyone else experiencing long processing times on withdrawn money? I'm a bit concerned.

I hate to sound like I'm complaining because fiverr has been a great place for me to utilize my talent to earn an income but in the recent months I've noticed my biggest decline in impressions, sales and clicks in years, I'm literally on the front page and top line of a huge niche (rap and rapper) and my impressions are stagnant my clicks are dropping and I go full weeks with no sales even with promoted gigs running. Early this year when my gig was listed on the front page of the niche It was a completely different story, I'm just curious to how such a huge drop can happen so quickly especially when my gig is positioned so high in my niche. I attached an image showing the decline over the months and the position of my gig on the top page of the rap search result. Can anyone explain how this can happen?

I really don't think cancellations should have such a tremendous effect on impressions and sales, I had hundreds of sales with 5 star reviews this year but after just two cancellations one in April and one in May (which was not my fault buyer even tried to order again) everything dropped dramatically
  7. Well just an update I was advised to cancel the order by support and long story short they can't guarantee my statistics wont be altered after they review.

Ok I understand, I opened a second one because the customer kept saying over and over he wanted to cancel, he is now insulting me calling me desperate and being very disrespectful I told him I'm not comfortable working on the project and I don't want to communicate until I hear from customer service, now that I understand it may take couple days I wont open another request or try to message them I will just wait for their response.
  9. Ok I'm noticing one of my customer support request was marked as solved but no one spoke to me or wrote anything in regards to the situation I'm just a bit confused

I really don't want to sound pushy or rude or anything because I know customer support must have their hands full but I have a buyer that is being completely unreasonable and wants to cancel his order abruptly, Ive done two revisions while given very vague direction and hes not even making an attempt to communicate properly what he wants, I don't think its fair for this to hurt my reputation on here, I tried to contact customer service but Its been over 24hrs and I haven't heard back from them I know they must be busy, the order is due in 12hrs so I know he will probably just wait till then so he can instantly cancel so I'm in a kinda frustrating situation.
