@danno1950 the feature has yet to roll out to buyers, it's not going to be for a few more weeks. So we still have no way of knowing the specifics.
It's a really interesting feature though if one wants to diversify their income and re-package their expertise. Move from "doing it for you" to "doing it with you".
@vickiespencer People look for quality. They don't always look for what is is you do. Do you know ho many web developer requests I get per month? And my field is completely irrelevant.
In your case though, I would look into how Fiverr labels you and your services. Depending on what skills you added, when people review you, some irrelevant keywords may pop up, and if buyers click on them, it perpetuates the problem.

Hi @Frank_D I have a question, can you please help clear it up. One of my gigs (I created last 2 months ago) was good initially but now day by day it is not performing well and not even getting good impressions and zero clicks. Would you suggest me to edit the gig (from a-z) or delete it and create a new one while following your instructions mentioned in the post? -

Please I've been on Fiverr since last year and still I haven't make any sales, At a point I have to delete some of my Gigs and upload again, I also tried optimizing my Gigs yet I don't get ranked. But at the beginning of last month I had a Gig that has many impressions and clicks still yet no single sale.
Please what can I do as a new seller on Fiverr to get work

Sorry to hear about your experience.
I took a quick look at your profile and I have a few suggestions:
-You have too many gigs, focus on just 1-2 for now. Trying to make 7 gigs work is harder and takes more time to figure out where to focus.
-Please rewrite your profile's description. Speaking in the 3rd person is alienating people and makes a personal connection needed almost impossible. Also just focus on jus 1 thing you do well.
-Your gig video is not great, plus the thumbnail is just a brick wall. Spotting it in search results would make me kjeep scrolling.
-All of your gig titles are crammed with keywords and make no sense. Again, focus on one specific type of website -where you assume a lot of buyers may need it- and just create a simple sentence that they would use to search as a title.
-In your descriptions don't cram technical terms and list of features. No one is going to read/understand them. Help visitors understand why they need what you offer and why they may need to hire you specifically

I have read your previous article where you have discuss about " Another tool at your disposal, if you are a Seller Plus member, is the "top keywords" tool, under your "analytics" tab"
But, here I didn't find this tool in my account or dashboard to analyze.
I am a level seller.
But i don't know how can I enable this tool for me.
