  1. Likely a technical issue and will be fixed soon..
  2. There can be many reasons for that but most common one is pricing. Competition today on Fiverr is on new level and has left everyone wondering.. Research your competitor rates & improvise your gig costs. Your buyers will likely compare you with so many other available gigs, make sure your offerings are cost effective & offers good deal. Doesn't mean if you have lower prices you'll get orders but if you have right prices buyers may start conversations..
  3. Not sure and I haven't seen any official update from Fiverr. However I agree buyer requests aren't useful anymore, Everytime I check it's way full of spam..
  4. Fiverr's algorithm will rotate your rankings on multiple factors. So even if your gig ranks #1 for some searches it won't be same all the time. Though in my experience some suggestions to help you put above others. 1. Have amazing ratings, delivery times, responsiveness and active orders. 2. Optimize your gig for your category. Choose right tags, pricing & description. 3. Have at least few orders for the same gig.
  5. As per the policy it's not. You can use the zoom call feature for active orders but communicating outside Fiverr isn't really allowed.
  6. As far as I know this isn't an option. You'll need to go to order window and see the final deliverables.
  7. Try these. 1. Share offers on Buyer Requests. 2. Optimize your gig and make it attractive. 3. Respond buyer queries with your best experience.
  8. Raufun, Congrats for your first step! Same as @Breals I checked your gigs and I'm very surprised about your pricing. Designing a website for $30 is no justification to anyone who bares the real web designing talent. I really doubt if you used nulled themes / plugins to achieve those prices but it's not professional. To become a good web expert It takes years of practice, continuously learning new things & using authentic images, themes & plugins. Follow the ethics and more buyer will come to you. Being a professional web designer you need to follow best practices and charge accordingly. Remember charging less doesn't put you up in the competition but doing rightful will absolutely push you up. Now answer to your question - Keep Keen eyes on buyer request under your category, you'll probably find a good opportunity. Optimize your gigs for a fair & quality deliveries. Wait for buyer to reach you out and respond quickly and guide best with your professional experience. For references you can explore seller guides on fiverr for do's and don'ts and you'll find more options to do better with your gigs.
  9. As per my experience I feel the same. For $2k project you would sincerely work out a perfect and unique web design content from your expertise but from a $50-$200 range people get nulled themes installed with copy pasted content. Also your service and ethics would differ since you focus on quality while cheaper sellers focus on quantity. When customer is picking for first time they're likely to choose low cost first because they don't understand quality - cost ratio. When they get delivery it may still look fine but once they start their climb towards user interactions eventually they'll find out the quality is so poor to sustain and some of them may come back (or find local talent / look for other platforms) looking for a quality service where the price range is same as yours & quality too. That's what I found out from my professional experience. It's a tedious industry and getting more complex everyday..
