The 9/10 Success score is unreasonable though... I say unreasonable so I can avoid the word ' insane ' . 8/10 would be closer to reality in my opinion. @Kesha , perhaps this can be shared with other Fiverr Staff

A Fun and Cool Picture from My Fiverr Analytics
Alex.M replied to emmaki's topic in My Fiverr Experience
well, it's nothing that can be understood at the moment... I received a tip where I got 4 stars for the money for value part... bizarre honestly -
For some reason, I think the buyers somehow know about the new ' value for money ' part of the public feedback. I just received some messages about a design and after I asked the buyer to check the prices that are on the gig page he came back with '' others are charging 25$ '' ... like I care or something about what others are charging... Anyway after encouraging him to work with someone that offered the price that he wanted, he told me he wanted to buy my most expensive package ( 175$ or so... ) Now what normal person would want to work with the buyer after receiving messages like ' others are charging 25$ ' when we have this new rating system?

At the moment there isn't anything clear about what you're trying to say, perhaps sharing more details might help . -

Another thing that happened and I would like to point out... If a buyer rates anything below '' exceptional '' the value for money part... HOW and WHY is he leaving me a tip as well ?! If money plays such an important part then he shouldn't tip

Does anyone know where can I find the initial thread about this here on the forum? I am also trying to find out if this is going to remain as it is or if this is going to be changed...

Have you ever wondered if those services are allowed on the platform?

probably the average response time and completed orders ( the ones that were removed will be there ) amongst others. I am not concerned about that at all.. the problem is that the value for money part will drastically decrease overall ratings and not because the buyer thinks that the overall value was low compared to the price, it's mostly the way the question is formulated ( If I understood it right ) In plus I can only imagine someone selling something for 5$ getting 1 star for value for money :)) how funny would that be?

I'd love to get 1 star reviews while still maintaining TRS and having more and more sales 😄 but I assume that's not the case... oh well

Not to mention that if you get a bad review it's possible that you won't have other orders for some time,if you don't have other orders you won't be able to fix things.

how are you 'satisfied new feature' when you don't have any gigs... and when it seems that you are not a buyer either? Care to elaborate perhaps to enlighten us, please?

exactly what I was thinking... it makes 0 sense. It's also a mystery for me how is it possible that a 4-star review is more credible than a 5 star review ? Who on earth thinks that ?
