  1. I'm sending follow-ups all the time but for some buyers it doesn't really matter , I have customers that place an order and log in again on Fiverr after a month , nothing that is in our control here...
  2. then it's all good, probably he has some problems that he needs to take care of, I wasn't suspecting him of anything, it was only a bit strange that he was missing just now that's all
  3. I see.. I find it a bit strange that he's missing exactly now.. although I do trust him and my stats are in good shape.. it is a bit odd in my opinion but he might have good reasons who knows
  4. Has anyone else received a strange message from his SM lately? I received one last night where I was informed that he's not going to be available for the next 2 weeks due to personal reasons.
  5. the truth is that having multiple accounts is against the TOS and you can get banned for it. That's the only truth. Perhaps someone will investigate further.

  8. Yes , it happens to all of us lately. The buyers get confused with the new rating system, it's not their fault
  9. they understand, they prefer not to make changes that's all. The reasons are unclear though, it's not in Fiverr's favor at all
  10. I've heard this in the past but how do you actually do this... I'd be annoyed if I would receive messages as a buyer with something like '' hey please don't forget to respond to your private feedback thing ' or whatever it's called ... I don't really find it professional to send such follow-ups to my buyers

  12. It's actually what I do when I am traveling... well I can't say that ' on an absurd level ' but at least on a level that makes it worth it to work on it while I am away
  13. it's not logical to anyone except Fiverr, they believe that 4 is bigger than 5 for whatever reason.
  14. yes, I see the old version of it from my browser, I only see what you attached with a VPN for now
  15. same here however if I use a VPN and check my gig I see this . I don't know why there are 5 different metrics there Without a VPN the rating for that gig is 4.9... with a VPN the rating drops to 4.8 .
  16. not really, some buyers don't have the option to rate that as far as I heard... not sure what the reason is though
  17. there are too many things here ... the quality of delivery, the value of delivery .. might as well add, ''the buyer's mood for today'' as a metric, not sure who has the time to rate all that

  21. they are not doing that on purpose , the system is confusing for them completely agree ... the emojis are stupid It wouldn't be bad with some changes, we discussed on a different thread about this.

I was talking about this on a different thread... if by chance you get hit by some private feedback **** or you get a bad review, you can't really fix thingis without new orders so that 30 day grace period equals 0 if you don't actually have the chance to do something. How can you fix different metrics without new orders? What exactly are we suppose to do
  23. In theory yes... but should we believe that? probably not. It seems that not much can be trusted lately on Fiverr
