  1. I think we can't say anything more that can make Fiverr changes their decission at this time. I, myself am not sure if this new level and review system can bring something good, but all we can do now is to adapt to whatever changes will come in future. Hopefully, this new changes will bring goods to seller and also for buyer, so that this community can growth even bigger this year.
  2. One crazy idea just pass through my mind, @Kesha. Maybe if this can be discussed to the fiverr team. If fiverr can make the mobile app to be as much friendly as how the other social media app like instagram, twitter / x, facebook so that new buyer will enjoyed to use it, stay much longer and even addicted to use the fiverr platform, that will help to simplify the usage of the platform. Just a crazy thought. Please don't get offended with this idea.
  3. We can just hope that this new system will be more friendly to every buyer while still give seller advantages. This is a hard thing to do to balance it and hopefully fiverr can help us seller to build a system for that.
  4. The thing is, maybe all the seller in Fiverr spend time to learn about the system, how it works, etc. But for the buyer, they just need some services from fiverr seller. So once they get and satisfied with that, they will not bother to learn about the process. Some buyer even (sorry) not have a high education / maybe understanding about how this platform works. All they know is I need something, I got something, I satisfied or not and that's it. That's why sometimes, seller can get a repeat customer with more than 100 times purchase but not leaving any reviews.
  5. @Kesha I still learned about this new level system. And I don't know if it factored / counted to my account already or not. But does this new score system affect the eligibility for buyer brief? Cause this month, before the date of 12th I still able to get a buyer brief every day. But since 13th January, I never got any buyer brief and I was told that it because of my performance drop. I didn't notice or know that this performance drop could affect our eligibility for buyer brief features. Is it because of this new score system that affect the eligibility for buyer brief? Thanks for the explanation.
  6. I think with this new level, the answer is yes. But let's wait for the time when it got implemented or maybe any Fiverr staff here to explain. I'm not the expert here.
  7. I'm following on this threads to see if there is any updates.
  8. One of my favorite font when designing logo for client.
  9. Sorry, but this auto reply works for all of our gig right? It means if we got a buyer that not from logo maker, that template will be used too? Or is there any ways / method, we can separate it like one template are for logo maker and the other one for regular gig? Thank you for your help and explanation. @Logo Maker Team
  10. I got the same problem too. Waiting for the update if there is any similar case.
  11. Then how can we do that? How to add or remove any element on the logo that we upload? Is it that you mean that we create another new logo that is similar to what we upload and but different variations? How can we do something like @vanadium1stdo? I'm sorry, I'm still learning on how to optimize my logo maker feature. Thanks a lot for all the sharing.
  12. I'm sorry if I don't understand. This is something new to me. How we can add some element and remove it from logo maker? As long as I know what we can do is to do tweak / variations from the logo element that we have. Please let me know how to do it? So you mean when we create the logo, we put all the element and then playing with turning it on and off by the opacity?
  13. This is great guidelines for us Logo Maker Seller. I just wondering, after reading @vanadium1st, I just know that there is a ranking on Logo Maker. If we do any changes, it can affect our ranking. What about if we upload more logo, let say in similar industry and tag, will that help the ranking better or that will make the ranking decrease? Thank you.
  14. That's great. Although I never heard about Jotform before but it will help us, to make our logo get more exposure. Thanks for bringing this feature to us.
  15. That's great. I am already reach my limit to upload the logo. I hope Fiverr can soon upgrade my limit, so I can submit more logos to Fiverr logo maker. Thanks.
  16. This is great updates. Thank you. Is there any chance that we can upload more than 30 logos at the time? That would help us to drive more sales.
  17. It's okay, thank you for your time my friend 🙏
  18. @donnovan86are you still using it? I am still looking for the answer, not anyone in this forum can reply, not even SSM, or Fiverr support. I know it because my english language is not good enough so that's why I can't explain it well. Maybe you can understand what I mean and share some light to me. So when we use promoted gig and suddenly one of our gig identified as low quality because of some metric that we don't know, we will be thrown out of the latest page on every search page. Even for the gig that is performing well, it just get pushed to the very back of the search page. I accidentally found an answer from Amir Beno, Fiverr Promoted Gig manager, he said that promoted gig is on top of search page, it means if our gig identified as low quality, it will block that gig from search page. That make sense, explaining why my gig has been placed on the very end of each search page, because it get "blocked". It seems that Fiverr want every seller that use promoted gig to be responsible for every customer they get from that features so Fiverr apply some additional metrics to keep every seller that use this features delivering quality job. But the thing is, even if we do our best to work, not every customer can be made satisfied, especially in my service, which is graphic design. So they might cancel the job or gave negative review (this is what I assume can make our gig unqualified). But Fiverr is the boss. If they want it like that, I can understand and follow their strict rules. But I just wondering, how if we didn't use promoted gig, does this heavy metrics still applied to us? Or can we compete with other seller just like the way it is before. I mean if one of our gig is performing gig, it can get better rank. And if one of our gig is not performing well because of cancellation and negative review, it will affect only this 1 gig, not the whole gig. I'm sorry for the long story. I just need to confirm this thing, cause my gig has been stated as unqualified and I assume it because of cancellation and negative review and I think it should be back in no time. So I have to make a decision, whether I will use it again or not? Thank you for your time to read, and again, sorry for the long story. I've been trying to look for this answer anywhere and can't find it.
  19. @donnovan86When you get lost on the search, I assume your promoted gig status is unqualified? Is that right? Cause I'm facing the same problem. I'm full understand if Fiverr want to apply some strict rules to be able to promote gig. My question is, I assume that you are back to search at now, did you use promoted gig again? Cause I see that you have a lot of orders, which means it has a bigger risk for getting some cancellation or negative reviews, which can affect your promoted gig section. If you don't use it, I believe you might still have cancellation or negative reviews. When it comes with the negative reviews / cancellation, does it make your gig disappear again from search page like before? Or just pushed back a couple page while your other gig can still running well? I am in state waiting for my gig to get back to search. Once it get back, I need to decide whether I will use promoted gig again or working with natural organic ranking, cause if we use promoted and stated unqualified, it will like block our gig from search page (I'm taking this statement from @amirbeno, that said once at this form, that promoted gig is on top of search page, so if our gig identified as low quality, it will block our gig from search engine). Thank you and looking forward to your reply.
  20. Dear Amir,

I'm sorry if I message you as I see you are the Product Manager of Promoted Gig.
I tried to look up for this answer on Forum, asking Customer Support and even my SSM but can't find a clear answer.
I hope you don't mind to read my case and help me to get some answer of it.

    So here is the case.
About promoted gig. I know that there is some metrics that we have to fulfill to be able to eligible for this features, including some additional metrics that we don't know.
And once we become eligible, we can promote.
The problem is, if because of something, our gig become unqualified, we will lose this promoted gig features. So far I'm understand about how it work. Your gig performing well, you got a chance to promoted, but if you don't performing well, you will lose that chance.

And then once we become unqualified, suddenly our gig will be pushed and placed at the very end of search page. All of our gig.
In my case, I just assume that maybe just 1-2 gig that is not performing well, but suddenly all of my active gig are put on the very back of the search page.
It's like Fiverr punished us because our gig is not performing well. I can say it more like a "punishment" because usually when on the normal situation without promoted gig, my gig can be placed like on some front page on the search engine, like page 1-10. I know sometimes when I'm not performing well, my gig will be pushed back and put on the back page, like page 11-20 or even lose and gone for a while until I perform well again.
But that's happened on just 1 of my gig that is not performing well. My other gig that is performing well didn't get affected.
But with this promoted gig become ineligible because of 1 gig, it affect all of gig.

Okay, but so far I still can understand that if that is the way how it works then I will follow it. I just feel that this promoted gig has a very high standard that has to be met. If we meet that standard we will gain advantage (and yes it's totally great). but if we don't meet that standard "we can't go back to our normal situation"
My question is simple (sorry for the long story).

If one day I become eligible to promote again and choose not to use it, will my gig work on the normal like usually it does?

I mean like if 1 of my 10 gig performing well, only this gig that will be pushed back on the search engine while the other gig can be stayed on where they are depend on their performance.

Or if one of our gig is not performing well, that gig will be pushed back just like 10-20 pages behind, but we can crawling up again by building some good performance? Not pushed back 100.000 page to the very end of EACH SEARCH ENGINE?

Or the same "high standard" metrics will still be applied to us (seller) even though we are not using this promoted gig features again?

    That is my question.
And sorry for the long story. I've been looking forward for this answer but couldn't find it.
Hopefully you can have some times to answer about my question.
I appreciate your time and help.

    Best Regards,
    Gunawan Guan

  21. Hi, how are you doing?

    Long time no see.

  22. Hello sir.

I saw some of your forum post about loosing promoted gig feature.

I am facing the same situation now. May I know how long it takes for you before that features come back to you?

And do you do something when you lost that features, like editing gig or something?

Thank you for sharing it with me 🙏
