  1. Yes, I have seen this as well and hope this is going to work because many times customer support cancels the order even without discussing with the seller. BUT, I have learnt that in 99.9% cases, if the buyer ask for refund you have to
  2. Sorry but the buyer itself got the review changed. I got it changed but my buyer approached the support even when I did not ask him to do that
  3. Yeah, buyer has asked me that he will change the review if I work regardless of his "quickness to leave the review without reading all my messages" What type of effect it can have on my account
  4. Hey Experts, This is the first time I have come across a situation where a buyer had given me 1-star rating BUT later they reached out to me saying that "i was in Airplane and could not read your all message due to down internet so rated you negative without seeing my notes properly." Then they re-read my message and asked me to do the needful as suggested by me to them in final delivery and in return they will remove the negative feedback and improve the rating? Has anyone of you faced this issue before? Thanks Deepak weformat
  5. Yes, it was great but as the time is passing by, the cost to promote gigs is increasing and the ratio of the amount spent and orders received is being too less. This month I had spent $20 and got an order of just $42, This is not really good. Seems like we are now a tool to fetch extra money only
  6. Congratulations for being a Top Rated Seller. I am not a Top Rated Seller but With God’s Grace making almost the same as you do, Cheers!
  7. I have been using this feature but so far from 7 orders, I have spent $20 and out of these 7 two large orders are cancelled by the buyers within an hour of the order placement. Not sure, if they were real buyers or something is being done by the team to show orders. Moreover, since this feature has been started the flow of normal orders have reduced a lot
  8. Good post. It is true that many buyers request samples, but I do refuse because of the copyright issue. I politely request them to have a look at my feedback and reviews, and if you feel that these reviews are earned, please give me a chance to work. I cannot share any samples.
  9. What do you mean by this? Did you buy google ads? Did you pay to advertise your gigs? That’s not a good idea. I concur with everyone else. Find something else to do besides Fiverr. @fastcopywriter no ads but on other sites
  10. Oh I see! hmm, did you change your gigs or edit them just before this happened? Have your impressions gone down. Let’s see what else could be the cause. More cancelled orders? Maybe it’s time to make a new gig and see how it does? Thanks @misscrystal for the suggestions. Will see - but good news is I got an order today - small but good
  11. Working on fiverr and building up a business is slow going for most of us sellers. It takes years of work before you get an income you can count on. Do not expect lots of income in the first one year to four years. Keep improving and expect it to take a long time. @misscrystal I must say that when started it was slow but for last 2 years I was really making a good income but for 2 months it has been slow. My average gig selling amount was about $20 but for the last two months, no new orders except some small orders
  12. @humanissocial maybe I am not thinking out of the box or I may not have that capability; hence, any guidance is welcome
  13. @fastcopywriter friend, this is too low to earn less than $50 a day to run a house and fulfill needs of the family when you are a full-time freelancer. I am really getting worried. Tried some more options but not getting work from there too. Invested more than $50 in bidding etc but no luck. Seems God is angry on me due to some reason
  14. @fastcopywriter My prices are already low but I do not know why I am not getting work these days. Really down and hopeless
  15. @fastcopywriter she is charging more than me
  16. @fastcopywriter, you are correct. I think it’s the time for me to rewrite my gig’s description as someone else might have taken it from my gig and used as is; similarly someone else did almost an year or two ago and he started getting huge orders and mine orders were reduced.
  17. fastcopywriter Can you suggest any good alternative where the buyers flood i.e. a huge list of buyers, can be seen?
  18. Suppose your 60-day rating is 4.7, and you deliver that order, he gives you 1 star, even 3 stars will make your rating drop to 4.6. Then you get demoted and your orders fall by 50%, maybe more. How will you feel then? The old Fiverr was better. My order completion rate was 87% and I was making $1,500 to $2,000 a month. Then came the level system, and I lost everything. Yes, you are right, I think because When you cancel an order or a buyer cancels an order due to any reason like wrong gig selected, price, etc. your orders are reduced by several times. A negative review means reduced orders by 50%70% You go offline for a few days and your orders are reduced by 95% Late delivery even due to buyer’s fault will lead into reduced orders. I am facing all these issues and lost on my targets. weformat
  19. @ peter_on_5verr you are right, it is one of the best platforms
  20. there’s actually a 3rd option as well… a bad review then a chargeback :)) … so you get the negative review and no money ha ha cre8iveartwork This is the worst option I think and I had faced this as well once or twice
