  1. If your gig don't have reviews then I suggest to create a new gig and promote. If your gig have some positive reviews then re-optimize the overall gig and share on different platform. Hopefully you can start getting results after some days.

It will effect the gig Ranking somehow and your order completion rate will decrease which can effect your level, after one order cancellation you have to complete many orders for getting previous order completion rate. e.g. Many times after 1 order cancellation, I loose order completion rate to 89% (automatic calculation of previous 60 days), I have to complete many orders (2-4) for getting rating 90% back.
  9. Improve your English communication skill. There are many tutorials available on YouTube. You can also take help from grammerly and google translator.
  10. Hi, Yes I have already checked with that, it said I am online but infact I am not, when I turned it on after turning off once it shows my gigs online for few minutes but again same problem occurs repeatedly.
  11. Many people are facing same problem, I have the same situation since 2 months, my sale have reduced upto 90%. My opinion is to share gigs as much as possible, create new gigs with SEO and check your gigs are visible through Online Filter in search Or not because my gigs are not visible while turning Online Filter in Search (But I remain online for hours). It is common practice mostly buyer prefers the online seller.
  12. Hi, I am a full-time freelancer and using Fiverr since 2015. Nowadays I am facing a Sevier issue and want to discuss it and get it solved. I remain Online for Hours (sometimes more than 10-12 hours) and continuously working on my laptop and checking my Fiverr account, interacting with my Fiverr account in different ways. But after remaining online for more than 10-12 hours, Gigs still not being shown through the Online filter and it shows me as Offline. It is a general practice, if a client search for a services then He/She prefer the Online Sellers and if anyone is not showing Online through "Online Filter" then how a seller will get the orders? That's the reason, my sales are down around 90-95% in last 2 months. Just getting some orders from regular customers. I have checked the gigs status through my Laptop and My wife's laptop too, Gig's are visible on 1st ,2nd and 3rd pages but disappear after turning on the "Online Filter". I contacted with Fiverr Support twice in last 4,5 day and told the situation, I got the reply that for visibility in the online filter, the Seller must have to remain online for 1 hour minimum, and interact with Fiverr like check buyer requests, etc. I have done everything for 10-12 hours continuously and haven't get the Online Result Yet. Kindly help me and Please answer with a logical or accurate answer because sorry to say each time I don't receive a satisfactory response from Fiverr Support.
