  1. So today pleasantly surprised my overall success score has risen to 5 so I am level 1 now. It has taken nearly a week. I paused my gig with a success score of 4 six days ago. I had some orders in the mean time, most of customers left five star feedback at least publicly. Don't know about the private feedback obviously.
  2. It should have an effect in a few days I was told by CS. However I paused a gig with a SS of 4, five days ago. Still no change. I am beginning to wonder how long do I have to wait. Its possibly weeks worth of waiting. I think that the effect from pausing should be immediate. You are removing that gig from being offered on Fiverr, it has an immediate effect so the success score should reflect that.
  3. @Kesha Once again does pausing a gig removes its contribution to the overall success score? After how many days if so?
  4. By this point it seems that most of CS responses are AI generated at least the first two or three...if you are insistent with your issue than it will be answered by a real CS person. I was about to complain about an issue to CS the first two responses seemed like they had come from Chat GPT...only on the third it was obvious that it was written by a real person.
  5. Don't delete any gigs. I deleted one 'low performing' gig with a success score of 6. I didn't change anything in terms of the overall success score. That gig was even promoted by Fiverr, I guess they decided it was worthy to be promoted.
  6. Well you don't have to be a psychic to know nothing is for granted with Fiverr. It can all come crashing down tomorrow
  7. Same here. All gigs but one dropped one point and my overall success score dropped from 4 to 3. Nice work Fiverr, really good motivation to continue working for a seller that was TRS for over 7 years...I guess I was a different person back then.
  8. I hope it was removed but I have my doubts. How can anyone besides the seller themselves determine the value of the sellers work, time and effort? It is a ridiculous metric anyways.
  9. @Lyndsey_Fiverr I sure do hope the grace period is extended so I at least have a chance to make up for this. I am here on Fiverr since 2013, was TRS from 2016 until May, 2023 when I got demoted to level two for reasons that weren't made entirely clear to me. Now with this new level system I am at Level 0...How this even possible? CS is really not helping with offering any direct answers and I don't blame them. You guys should really think about this. It will lead to less sales and less revenue for you. Many sellers will also leave at least ones with many sales...ratings taken from years ago and now given a month to fix this? How can I possibly do that? I don't want to be TRS I just want to be at least level 1 and I do truly think I deserve this even now, I just got demoted due to some algorithm considering some rating left by a buyer that was too bored or pressed for time to actually think through what I do truly deserve. \ So now 11 years of hard work goes to the drain pretty much...if I can't get to level 1 I can't even promote my gigs anymore, I can only offer 4 gigs so will have to shut down the rest (I have 10 active gigs)...so a lot of trouble, essentially. I am wondering if I would be able to have any sales in two months from now. Again I do beg you, please do reconsider, it's a move that will bring a lot of harm to many long term sellers that made Fiverr what it is today.
  10. I just want to know; @Kesha I qualify for a top rated seller yet I am level 0 according to the new system due to my success score being 4 on my main gig. This gig over 2000 five star reviews, my clients are happy and leave tips often. I am lost for words. I am writing here because I have already spoken to CS and they seem to offer copy-paste generic answers without saying anything solid.
  11. This latest change for the lack of a better words is a ridiculous step. I am on Fiverr since 2013, I have been contacted by support team since 2015 on advice how to improve my sales, I guess long before success managers were a thing. I was a top rated seller from 2016 until June 2023 when without any real explanation (besides the mysterious hidden metrics) I become level two despite having thousands five star reviews, 100 % response rate, and 100 % completion rate and one hour response time. Now to top it of I am level 0! with all other fields being perfect except for my Success score being 4!. One of my gigs even shows negative impact from cancellations despite me HAVING NO CANCELATIONS on that gig what so ever and this shows in my gig stats I don't know whether this will change until 14-th of March but if not...in all seriousness I offer a FREE palm reading for each person on the fiverr team as they seem truly lost with this latest change and in need of some serious guidance.
  12. I just wish I would become Tor Rated Seller once again as I already was one.
  13. I am aware of the changes that Fiverr 3.0 or 3.1 has brought or at least I do think I am aware...some of the points look a bit mystifying, like what's the point of search options if they don't work properly... Lets just say I made a five figure profits to Fiverr alone, I get one or two bad reviews and suddenly I am out of the window? How in the world do I know the people that left those reviews aren't some competing sellers out to bring my profits down? I don't want to sound selfish, Fiverr is big place and there is room for everyone at least in the type of work I do...but please people, I would have never gotten over 2k good reviews, great response rate and response time if I did low quality, sloppy work with late deliveries...its impossible. I wouldn't have lasted 9 weeks let alone 9 years, leaving a trail of happy customers.
  14. Suddenly a few months ago ALL of my gigs became not promotable and as a result my earnings took a nosedive real fast. I have a top rated seller badge for years. have been on Fiverr since 2013, perfect 5.0 rating, generally didn't have any conflicts with buyers and very low cancellation rate. I am OK with my gigs not being promoted but the search results baffle me, even with the best selling option selected, my main gig shows on the SECOND page. My gig is the best selling in the service I do...I have been here for years and generally have always been on the first page. No wonder my earnings are down, potential buyers simply can't find my gig in the search results. Tags, description, etc. everything is fine, simply my gig was pushed down in the search results. Am I black listed or something? Fiverr support claims that gigs might start to get promoted once again after they become promotable, I mean come on, I am all for new sellers getting exposure but at least the search results should reflect the amount of sales I have done and amount of earnings I have brought to Fiverr.
