  1. I've had all sorts of nonsense over the years and won't mention or bore you with the details. Probably less now than in the early days thankfully.
  2. In all of the years on this platform, I can't remember harassing a buyer, as most of my gig promotions are 30+ days. So that doesn't apply to a few sellers due to the type of promotion they offer. I have tried to cancel a few orders in the past for the reason you mentioned above. Mainly due to the nature of buyer attitude. The level of service each seller offers is subjective, but if you do each job to the best of your ability and try to over-deliver then, that should be enough.
  3. I don't either, as it's open to abuse. I still like the platform though and if you keep giving customers good service, things will sort themselves out going forward.
  4. That's me ruined sort of. As I don't seem to get any new inquiries or orders. All repeat buyers now, as Fiverr don't seem to feature my gigs in their "best seller" or "recommended" searches for some bizarre reason.
  5. I've been on the platform for over 12 years and basically close to the beginning of its journey. I can see how things seem to be shaping up and how certain sellers will be pushed to the side. A lot will be to do with what you're selling and how go it's being received by customers. The length of time and how many completed orders you've achieved will have little bearing on how things go for you (I think).
  6. It is fella. It's mainly geared towards what the buyers needs, wants and should get. The sellers are secondary to most things things. Who is "we"?
  7. Indeed and I put this type of issue on more than one occasion to Fiverr admin. Why is this platform so buyer-centric? I've mentioned that in order for any business to do well and succeed you need both buyers and good sellers both working in harmony with each other. Not one or the other! All I see from Fiver updates is the buyer can now do this and the buyer can now do that.
  8. You still have the hyperactive trophy next to your gig though and that's what matters. I've had a healthy set of scores for months now and have been stuck on 94.
  9. So they've basically moved the goalposts in order to generate their revenue from customers. More favorable on the newbie side and penalized more for being established. I've been on Fiverr for more years than I care to remember. I preferred their old ways of ranking and how they rewarded sellers fairly for hard work. Not like now and their strange algorithm, which can turn against you quite quickly and turn a full-time into a part-time income.
  10. It was at its peak during the Covid/lockdown period. Everyone was at home and the online world was crazy at its peak. Now it's levels are slightly less than pre-Covid and more sustainable.
  11. Correct. The 4y chart shows the undulations and the huge spike in the middle. If you bought in 2019 and sold in 2021 you'd have made a fortune. It's now (June 2023) back to slightly less than were it started its journey four years ago. Not actually in a healthy position as things stand. Greed and fear at work in the middle and what drives the stock markets!
  12. The platform seemed a fairer place back in the early days and you could ask them to push your gig. Certainly not now and if the algorithm net doesn't favor you and your gigs then, best of luck.
  13. It's rubbish. It may as well be 44%. I've had this for months and never had the RBS OF 95%. Why tease sellers with this!
