  1. I recently saw a new seller write this on the forums: "[I have the] pleasure to inform all of you that I have completed [my] 1st order with 5 stars and and excellent review." Well, congratulations. That's great! However... Telling the rest of us, here on the forums, whenever you get your first order, is not going to make you a better seller, nor will it bring you more orders. We are not your customers. We are not the people who will hire you. We can't do anything to make you have "more orders with 5-star reviews". That is something only YOU can do, and it will not happen if you just sit around and wait. Fiverr was built for doers. Fiverr's tagline is, "In Doers We Trust"..... take action, be a doer, not a "celebrate and wait around-er". We're happy that you're here on the forums. We're happy that you earned an order. BUT, you don't need to announce each order to the rest of us. Dozens of sellers are doing that. Imagine how annoying it would be, if all of us veteran sellers -- who have earned hundreds and thousands of orders -- eagerly announced our 1,232nd order.... our 1,233rd order.... our 1,234th order... our 1,235th order.... our 1,237th order..... our 1,238th order..... and so on. Yikes! That would be forum overload, and other users would run away from here as fast as they could! We certainly don't want that. So, how about a compromise. How about you try something a little different. Why not try setting some longer-term goals -- why not try setting a higher order milestone -- and then share your excitement with all of us, when you reach 100 orders, 500 orders, or even 1,000 orders. Success takes time, and it usually results from hard work, strategic marketing, and an ambitious mindset. So, here's a powerful seller tip.... Step back, set some goals for your freelance career, and then train yourself to look further down the road. Be ambitious. Be driven. Be more excited about earning your 100th order, than you are about announcing your first one. Think bigger. Work harder. Be a Doer. Success does not come to those who wait. And it certainly doesn't come to those who celebrate one order, and then do nothing productive to earn order #2. Be hungry. Give us all something BIG to celebrate. Look beyond your first order. Successful sellers set ambitious goals, and then work hard to reach them. If you want to be successful, celebrate the bigger numbers.

  2. It is no secret that probably 90% of the forum's traffic is some sort of complaint about not getting sales. Sometimes it's a new seller who is not getting traction, or someone who's been around for a while, but is losing momentum. The algo usually gets the blame, and among a few helpful suggestions like SEO, attractive gig images and well written gig descriptions, there are tons of well meaning, but often useless remedies that get repeated ad nauseam. I believe that the reason both types of sellers are struggling is because fiverr has grown incredibly more competative. Every year there are more sellers, and the pandemic accelerated that growth geometrically. Suddenly, we had an influx of people, of all skill levels creating gigs with the expectation that once they were online the sales would roll in. Right now there are 219,736 gigs actively selling logo design. By the time you finish reading this post, there will be 3 more. Let's assume that you have done everything right, good keywords, gig description and images. Nice samples, smiling profile picture, and priced properly. And assuming that you are a talented artistic person who can actually create logos, one question remains... How do you stand out from the other 219,736 gigs out there. What makes your gig jump off the page in a sea of logos? What unique selling point can you offer that not everyone can do? If you are just starting, you are at a definite disadvantage now, as many sellers have had time to establish themselves and have regular clients who just continue to buy from them. Those people are also rewarded by the algo for their ability to convert clicks into sales, so yes, the already successful sellers do get the benefits that come from being an incumbent. The old saying is true: "What do people like? They like what they know." I hope you weren't expecting that I would provide a magic bullet at the end of this, but it seems that if you are doing all the basics right, and there are thousands of posts here as to how to do that, the only thing that can make you stand out now is being as unique as possible. Easier said than done, I know, but it seems that right now to get noticed, you need to disrupt a bit, take some chances, do something crazy and go viral on Fiverr. The days of just copying some TRS's gigs and making sales are long gone.

  4. FIVERR RANKING TIPS Fiverr is no longer for Lazy Sellers As you know, Fiverr is one of the most popular websites today where people go to earn extra income. Gig on the First page is not that much hard but patience is the key. First thing first is your Impressions that should be more means more eyes gone through your gig, and how you can increase it- that depends on your Gig SEO. To get orders on Fiverr, the foremost thing is ranking the gig. For this, you have to do some SEO tricks to rank your gig on Fiverr 1st page. How does Fiverr’s Search Algorithm work? Let me explain with the help of an example. Let’s suppose, you want to make a gig for article writing. Go to Fiverr search bar- type Article there, note down the relevant keywords that appear in the search option like article writer, article writing, SEO article writer. Note them down. Tip: Trying using keywords that have a lower number of gigs in search results. For example, if the keyword “article writer” has 20,000 gigs search results while the keyword “article writing” has 10,000 results, go for “article writing”. Add your main keyword in the gig title and Use one or two of noted keywords in your gig’s main title. Like, I will be your SEO writer and article writer. Include relevant keywords in Description. It is the most important part that should be done wisely. Some tips: Check the gig descriptions of other successful sellers, relevant to your services. Pick ideas from their description to write yours Use related keywords in the description 2 to 3 times like article writing, article writer, blog writing, etc. Hook with a question like are you a blogger worried to attract traffic to your blog? Provide buyers solution to their problem as don’t worry, this gig will sort out your worries Describe your services with a brief intro to your experience End with a call to action Must add FAQs, at least two, and use keywords 1 or 2 times in FAQs like How many articles can you write per day? The article here is a keyword. Adding Tags: For related tags, search your main keyword that is WordPress website and filter top-rated and level 2 sellers. Then open the first 10 gigs in separate tabs. Now open MS Word or Notepad and start copying tags of all 10 gigs and paste each on a separate line. Here you got 50 tags. Find the 5 most common and repeating tags, add these 5 tags in your related keywords section while creating your new gig or updating your existing gig. Stay online 24/7 Whether you're a new seller or have an old account. Fiverr will only consider active and working sellers for ranking. You have to always be online so when buyers select “Active Sellers” in search, your Gig will be shown there. Download the Fiverr mobile app and stay online from there 24/7 or if you are online using a laptop or pc it would be better. What if you're not getting orders and have nothing to do? You can't only stay online but also wander on Fiverr and send buyer requests to show that you're working. Promote your gigs on social media platforms, Fiverr will see that you are promoting gigs continuously and genuinely. Try to get orders from buyer requests even if you're a level 2 seller and not getting enough orders. Don't get offline for a single day. It will ruin your previous progress.… Laziness in replying to the buyer will not only affect your response rate but also the chance of getting order will be gone. The buyer would have moved to some other seller. If a buyer asks something that you don't know, don't say that you can't do it. Be quick and search it on Google and try to provide the solution. The buyer will be impressed by you and can become your long-term client. So, Sacrifice your Laziness if you can't Sacrifice the Money

  6. We all know that fiverr is a competitive professional freelancing platform. But you might be surprised to learn that fiverr also hosts an entirely different competitive scene. The SPEEDRUNNING scene. What sort of speedrunning, you might ask? Well, the permanent account termination sort. I have researched this vibrant community of speedrunners on the platform and I'm happy to share the findings with you, as well as HOT TIPS for you, who want to start speedrunning! It's your chance to ride the wave of this cool, hip new trend! SPEEDRUNNING GOAL: having your fiverr account permanently terminated as fast as possible by any means possible. SPEEDRUNNING STRATEGY: As you want the fastest time possible, even before making a fiverr account, read carefully through the fiverr TOS and mark down the rules that are the easiest to brake and would result in the most severe consequences, these will be the first tasks on your agenda. When you have a list of the rules you want to brake, proceed with creating a seller account. Once your account is created, remember that you are no longer Reshail, your new name is James Smith. Make sure to not fully complete your profile and leave empty spaces wherever possible, this lets other community members distinguish you as a speedrunner, and most importantly, saves you time. Any information that is mandatory to provide on your profile, should consist of as many grammatical errors as you can think of, this will repel the buyers and subsequently will let fiverr know that your profile does not bring any money to their business and is therefore easily disposable (this is what we want). Now that you have your profile all set up, it's GIG time. When creating a gig, follow the same principles as when creating your profile, you want to be consistent. The gig description and gig photos are crucial to your speedruning success. For gig description, you want to look up the most popular sellers in your niche and copy their description word for word, this will give you the best chances to clutch the speedrun (use ctrl+c and ctrl+v combination). For gig photos, you want to use the most popular images on google platform (preferably with Shutterstock, iStock Photo or Getty Images watermarks on them). Use your second mouse button and "Save Image As" option for best results. You can also search for videos on youtube, the thumbnails from extremely popular videos seem to work very well as gig photos for this speedrunning strategy. If you cannot find anything that suits you, just use any photo provided by your fellow fiverr sellers on their gigs. Now that you have a gig perfectly set up, repeat this process 6 more times. After you have all of your 7 gig slots used, you want to start sending out buyers requests. You want to make sure to target buyers from an entirely different service niche and use the ctrl+c and ctrl+v strategy for the offer description. And that's it! You're ready to compete in the permanent account termination speedrunning scene. HOT TIPS: For your gig photos only use photos downloaded from the internet. Make sure the author of the photo is well known, best if it's a big corporation, not an individual creator. If you get an order, make sure that anything you deliver does not have any traces of original work on it, as it lowers your chances to beat the speedrun record. Always ask potential buyers if they would kindly do a wire transfer for the gig instead of paying through fiverr (we have reports that this tip has been used to achieve world record time). Good luck and may the luck be on your side!

  13. As for the gig's position, it varies all the time. A Gig’s position is based on seller performance over a set time period. There are many factors to take into consideration, some of which may include order cancellations, delivery rate, responsiveness, etc. Rankings change and are not permanent. There may be other Gigs currently performing at a higher rate than yours. If other sellers are ranked higher, they may be consistently getting 5 stars, delivering on time, communicating quicker, etc. This all counts. We encourage our sellers to make use of social media to optimize their visibility on the Internet. The buttons on your Gig page should be used to reach out to your social media contacts. Since this is the case, Fiverr cannot guarantee for gig's position in search results. We also suggest doing some market research to help improve your Gig’s conversion rate. This could help improve sales. As an additional resource, we encourage you to participate in the Fiverr Forum. Our more seasoned sellers are happy to share their tips and tricks with everyone.https://forum.fiverr.com/c/Fiverr-Tips/tips-for-sellersTry Fiverr “Learn” to expand your skills and to stand out in our marketplace. For more information, click here https://learn.fiverr.com/ Also, making a gig more attractive may help. To make your Gig more attractive for potential buyers, please check to make sure the service you offer is unique; and that the Gigs you offer are completely different from one another. For example, if you run a quick search on Fiverr.com, you should not see 1,000 Gigs just like yours. Please also include a creative video with each of your Gigs. This will help attract potential buyers. Many people prefer to watch a video than to read a long Gig description. Eye-catching Gig images are another way to differentiate yourself. You can also bring potential buyers to your Gigs by promoting them on your social media channels. Click on the social media buttons on the right-hand side of your Gig pages to share your Gigs on your social media. Before you start selling on Fiverr, I recommend that you review our section on Promoting Services and our Online Safety Tips. Also, please check out our Help Center for detailed articles on how to sell on Fiverr.

  15. Twitter is another powerful tool where you can share your gigs. First of all, you can create your twitter id. Increaser your followers. But it takes time. In a shortcut way, you can use trending hashtags. How you use trending hashtags to improve your gigs impressions? Simple just post your link in the tweet and also use whatever the hashtags are in trending. Must add an image in your tweet. No matters it your gig image or any other image. For the sake of click you can use the image with an inspirational quote in your post due to this you can get more attention from the people. That’s how you can increase the chance that people will click on your tweet link. Don’t be repeat your tweet. The majority of people can tweet the same thing repeatedly. If you can do this, people will lose interest Keep consistent and stay relevant to your services. I would suggest you, Maximum 7 to 8 tweets is enough on a daily basis. You can post something new that is relevant to your gig Use all the hashtags in your every tweet. Especially include all those tweets which are on trending. Suppose if you use #WordpressExpert in your tweet and someone is looking WordPress expert Your tweet will display in his result he can go through your tweet. May be h can click on it. Manageflitter Its best web-based application. This application helps you to gain your insights. you can get effective results on twitter by using this application. Post your gig link in tweets reply. Post your reviews if you have any in Fiverr. The most important thing is your consistency. If you constantly post your gigs link in twitter and all other social and open forum sites. Definitely, you will get a nice position on the first page. Consistency Matter.

Keep following things in mind Understanding the request and try to write it in your response Put your strategy how would you do it for the buyer Make sure to mention some of questions even if you understood everything, don’t just say that you got it and you can do it Mention some of similar examples or at least a few links from your past work. Don’t use portfolio links from someone else Make sure to use a polite language and try to greet at the start and end. Mention your name at the end of request Don’t just send a generic message to everyone If You are Newbie, then Create a portfolio on flickr/behance. Make a powerful portfolio and for starting, you can share your portfolio because you have not done any previous work. After you get some orders, start sharing your previous work links Just Sending the template is not good. Give time to buyer request and it will attract many Buyers

  36. It’s really hard to pick one right? You’re not sure if they are just a scam or if they are legit and some of the reviews aren’t always the most helpful. Coming from someone who’s not only bought stuff on fiverr but is a voice actor who actually sells on here, I can tell you a couple of solid tips that have helped me in both aspects. Check the descriptions If you aren’t sure they are able to do your gig, check the descriptions. I know in voice acting it’s pretty easy to get confused with who to hire. Like in my case, if you’re looking for an American voice actor I would likely be a better choice than some. But I’d be terrible if you’re looking for someone who can speak another language as English is my primary language.Check the reviews Some of the reviews are just boop 5 stars and a tiny generic description. If you’re not entirely sure, see what they say. If they are all the same generic ones then maybe want to dig further before you hire them.Message them. For real, if you’re not sure if they can do your job, just go and message them. I love it when I get messaged because I know I can help iron out any other details that may be holding the seller back like certain voices or different accents or that kind of thingSo there you go. 3 tips to find the right seller! Let me know what you think and I’d be happy to help answer any questions that you may have.

  37. Why my impression is down ? How can i improve my gig impressions & clicks ? Lost click & impression Suddenly my impressions down The above topics were created and discussed multiple times in this forum, but most of the members are still with misconceptions as "Sharing the gigs in social media / marketing gigs / Stay online 24 hrs / Sending buyer requests will increasing the gig impression. What is GiG Impression Impressions means the number of times your gig displayed to Fiverr audience. There are many reasons as below: * If your gig is displayed on the Fiverr home page or is part of featured gigs * If anyone clicked on the category page of your gig, and if your gig displayed on that page, Your gig and all other gigs on that page will get 1 impression. * If someone searches with any of your gig keyword and if your gig is a part of that search result then your gig and all other gigs found on that search result will get 1 impression. * Someone clicks on any gig and your gig is displayed in the suggested gigs section at the bottom of the page then also its possible to get 1 impression. More impressions make sure that your gig gets enough visibility around fiver and gets you higher chances of getting an order. Why new sellers are complaining as impression down ? When your gigs were new and when they were shown in the "Newest Arrivals" sections, there could be a reason for the increased impressions and views at first. When Fiverr rotates the GiGs, your GiG could have lost it's ranking position and could lost the impressions. Impressions will not stay stable and it will go up and down quite frequently. Do not worry in this case as this is out of our control. How to increase gig impressions Research and apply basic popular keywords in the title, tags and gig description. This is the only way we can follow to increase the impression as far as i know.

  42. Interesting, thanks for sharing! I have not tried that yet but I will consider it in the future. (Side topic) Sometimes I get skeptical about spam messages that when they are automatically marked as spam, I just unspam them to make a first reply then marked it as spam again. 😂 (Back on topic) I have found the solution is to refresh the page while the inbox conversation with said user is open, the "unavailable" sign goes away for a few seconds or so and you can leave a reply. I politely declined and hope he finds a seller that is a better fit. It worked! And now the unavailable sign is back there again, lol. The buyer has responded to me with a "Why???" Eeeep. Not gonna continue with that conversation anymore. #Ghosted 😬👻
